I’ve said it before and I will say it again, The Georgetown Inn always does an outstanding job! From check in to check out, and everything in between, the management and staff at The Georgetown Inn know how to do it right! I cannot highly enough recommend this hotel!
-
In the heart of Georgetown, the surrounding neighborhood was lively, safe, and had a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops. For the cost, I’d probably pick another place next time that is in a bit better condition, but staff and location make up for some of the property’s deficiencies.

This was a terrible experience staying at the inn. The room was dirty, and smelled like moth balls when I arrived and bed had dirty sheets. Upon trying to change my room I was told there were no others available and if I wanted to I could pay to upgrade to a bigger room, even though online showed there were 7 rooms available. I had stayed here weeks before with a good experience, but this time was just not enjoyable. I checked out and went to a clean hotel.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The property is located near restaurants and easily accessible by public transportation. The room was clean and the building is well maintained. The hotel is in nice and safe neighborhood.
-
Great neighborhood in close proximity to Washington, DC. Clean and well-maintained property. The staff members (except for one valet) were not exceptionally attentive or friendly. I expect better customer service at a hotel with this price tag. Also, the cable didn’t work. Nonetheless, I would recommend this facility.

There was no MsNow or TCM. And there was no easy way to order room service!
-
The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. Draining in the shower was bad, but I stayed there one night, so it wasn’t a major nuisance.

The Georgetown Inn provided everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway: a handsome, well-appointed room with a comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff from reception to valet parking, and a creative, vibrant restaurant/bar where we enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast. The location is ideal for exploring Georgetown and visiting the museums and monuments downtown. We definitely plan to return!

No maintainance whatsover. The AC had tape all around it. Old carpets, dated furniture. The only positive about this hotel is that it’s in Gtown.
-
This place was so cute! The location is perfect and our stay was great! We’ll definitely stay here again. Next time we are in town.
-
The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean. There was a weird smell at the lobby-like a sewage place. It is not welcoming at all. The location is obviously the best.
-
Our first room had dirty areas, chipped shower tiles, partially painted ceiling, & slow draining shower. I brought to attention of management & were given monetary compensation. Our second room was in better shape but had slow drsoining bathroom sink.
-
the room smelled moldy and musty.
-
Very run down and absolutely horrifically over priced. Tiny room.

There is no better location in the DC area than the Georgetown Inn. Everything we wanted to see was in a walkable distance with access to food, shopping, history, and culture. The staff was helpful, aside from an exasperated evening front desk clerk who was upset about bringing towels up. The hotel has all of the quirks of an old building, which could impact your overall impression if you're used to more modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

The bed was really comfortable! This was a super average experience at a hotel that I expected more from based on what I’ve heard about it. The room was small, the bathroom was awkwardly sized, and the amenities were drug store quality. Overall the room was was not inviting or warm by any means.
-
Great location, picturesque and close to Georgetown campus, fine dining and great shopping options.
-
Perfect location in Georgetown. Front desk, housekeeping and support staff were great. Needed car, no problem. Extra towels, no problem. Bus service outside front door and plenty of places for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Una pena. Gracias
