Clean nicely designed rooms. Excellent service at front desk and bellhop. Smaller rooms but nicely priced. Unbeatable location. My go to hotel when visiting DC.

The staff at the desk and in the restaurants were extremely nice and helpful. Great service and a great location. The rooms was well equipped.

We had another lovely stay at The Dupont Circle Hotel. Our puppies were welcomed with open arms and the staff were so helpful. We often stay at the Dupont Circle and the level of service and hospitality is the reason why we come back again and again.

The service was exceptional (thank you, Thomas!), the views from our room were spectacular. Our entire stay was unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!!

Hotel was mice front of door were very welcoming Staff in bar area were abrupt, so we d id not use bar area, room service did not top up shower shampoo.

Great location! The place feels very high-end - nice robes, linens, room service, etc. - but is also a great value. We loved being near a metro stop, as well as coffee places, restaurants and bookstores. We had a cocktail out on the patio which was also really lovely. Staff were great about providing restaurant recommendations! Oh - and the Nespresso machine is always nice. For some reason, our room didn't get serviced the 2nd day we were there. By the time we returned to the room that day, it was late in the day so we chose not to say anything. I'm sure they would have been very responsive had we let them know.

Very clean room, friendly staff, but our toilet didn’t work and the TV was old. I was hoping for more modern appliances since the room rate was so high.

Nice hotel with professional staff All was good, the room was okay, but nothing exceptional

Great decor, clean, comfortable, perfect location for accessing public transportation or for walking to local sites and attractions. Quiet at night with the exception of our last night due to overnight construction for the weekend celebrations. The staff was friendly, professional and responsive to our requests. Shower water tended to leak onto the floor.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Housekeeping was top notch. The location was close to the things that were important to our stay. The restaurant was an added bonus. Our room had 2 beds which was pretty tight. We were there for 4 nights & would have liked a dresser so we could unpack our suitcase. The refrigerator was pre-packed so we couldn’t use it to store any of our leftovers etc. Self serve Ice wasn’t available.
