My family has been staying at Sojourn at Dupont Circle for years, as we need to visit the Russian Embassy periodically. Love the independent, contactless check-in. Not having to deal with a front desk is great. Location is awesome. Good variety of room options to suit one's needs. Some things could use upgrading: The sleeper sofa was unusable for an adult. Cushions/springs were completely blown out. Fortunately, my 5-year-old son was fine with it. The door was out of alignment & took force to open, close, lock, unlock. For the price you pay, parking should be free and more coffee pods should be provided, complimentary.

Great location! A little sterile but solid for the price.

The employees make this stay worth every penny To say anything negative about this location I stay here pretty often maybe because it’s not my apartment that’s what’s negative about it

I feel like every time I attend this place the steak gets better. It gets more relaxed and it’s easier to check in almost as if I have share time. Staff is very pleasant making sure we have exactly what we need, but the management is completely probably my favorite.! I enjoy the atmosphere and the city outside activities now the weather is definitely warmed up. It’s a perfect place to check the city out and be able to sneak it back in late at night somewhere close and safe. Thank you you too staffing management for being patient and assisting me with personal needs and accommodations. I wish they had a little convenience Mart or like a little store downstairs snacks that I could get something late night. I usually have a munchies, but I learned to bring some stuff with me or just order. Uber eats

Easy check in, great location Noise from apartment above was quite loud. In town for a black tie event and would have really appreciated a full length mirror.

I personally ran into a few hiccups that help with right on the way I really appreciate getting me in so quickly. I’m being very accommodating. Seamless check-in no hiccups. I’m definitely coming back.

When I arrived, the staff was still cleaning the rooms. And they were very nice and accommodating. The room and facility was very clean. I think the concept of the Sojourn is a nice place for younger patrons and those who do not plan to use the room throughout the day. As a 50+ year old woman, I need a little more comfort. The floors are loud and you can hear other patrons. The shower is way to small for even an average size individual. The bed isn't very comfortable and it would have been nice to have an extra sheer window dressing to shield the lighting and people being able to see in. And the location isn't very convenient.

The location was great, and the accommodations were decent. I liked that there was a kitchenette in the unit and there was coffee available. The shower was quite small, and I had no hot water. I let the shower run for 30 minutes and it never got warm even. I finally had to brave the cold water because I was attending a conference. This impacted my schedule negatively.

Location is great. The bathroom could use an upgrade and the shower is super small.

I liked how clean the room was, and the location felt like it was in a safe location. The place had everything you could need if you were just needing a room to sleep and maybe do some work. The bed was very comfortable. In fact, I had the best sleep that I have had in a long time. It was perfect for one person, but may be a little tight for two people, especially if both have luggage. It was on the 1st floor, which to me was great! It's kind of petty, but there was coffee, but no creamer or sugar. The bathroom could use a little brighter light.

The location was great; right around the corner from my conference at the Hilton. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. TV and wifi were great; good shower pressure. It was like a hotel room, but had everything you needed like a studio apartment. Coffee was an excellent touch so I didn't have to venture out first thing. I thought the desk could have used an upgrade as it seemed worn. Also, if there was a better outlet/usb outlet near the desk, that would have been really helpful. To plug in my laptop meant unplugging a lamp near the desk. I did hear the folks upstairs walking around as well. Not a dealbreaker, but just a note.

Location next to the Hilton was so beneficial. The space was acomodating for two people but no more. Fridge, microwave, and coffee was a nice touch. Could have used additional toilet paper and wash rags. Also, a full length mirror will go a long way for us ladies!

Check in was bad - there is no staff, it's a code to enter a room. But despite getting 3 emails (one was a grubhub code), they did not send the code by email, instead, by text - I'm international and could not receive texts... It was stupid, worrying, and stressful. Why would you not simply send me the code by email like all other communication??

The remote in Room 3 did not work well for my father. He said the buttons would not move to allow him to move left or right to select a streaming service or channel. It was a significant struggle for him and made it so that he could not enjoy TV during his down time. Shower was a bit small.

It was easy to get in with the keypad and the HVAC system worked well. This is essentially an Airbnb. There is not a front desk, there is not an elevator, and the unit is worn. The bathroom knobs are rusting and the walls and floors were incredibly thin. The bed was saggy and noisy. I'm happy on only stayed here for one night.

Location and price was perfect. DC can be hectic with traffic, and I just Ubered to the property and walked

Only 1 bath towel for 2 people. REALLY!
