Faruk went above and beyond. The restaurant and bar is the reason I love the Hamilton.

Room 220 was lovely and may have been newly renovated. Bed was comfortable room was clean. A robe was available for use. Only issues I had was the lighting was not very bright in the bathroom and in the room. Hard to read by. The outlets by the bed didn’t seem to be connected. We had to charge our phones by the desk. Just minor problems. Parking in Franklin one was convenient and more affordable. $27 overnight and just a block from hotel.

Historic place; nice lobby scent; great bar and restaurant

Great location. Old hotel but has everything you need. Toilet and shower are old so dont expect much. Be careful with the bottles in the fridge. If you move any bottle they try to charge you as they have a sensor, even if you put the bottle back to his place. Anyway will go back

We loved the hotel. Had a gorgeous lobby, absolutely friendly staff, and a perfectly comfortable room. Also a cozy bar to enjoy a nice drink. Only problem we had is that the outside noise was crazy loud all night long. I did not sleep a wink. People being loud, souped up cars, police sirens, you name it. I even had ear plugs in and that did not help.

The room was nice and hotel is in a great location. Our room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff with plenty of clean towels. I appreciated having a bar restaurant on site.

We had a great stay at the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, DC. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean, and our room was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, DC.

Hotel was in a very good location. Parking is an issue, but there are garages very close by and parking on the street if needed. Room was clean but a bug downer was that the AC would not go below 68 and the room was adequately cool. We told the front desk, they sent up a maintenance guy and he said all the rooms only go to 68. The temp in the room is relative to outside temp, so 68 wasnt as cold as you may think. Clearly, they did this to cut down on electricity, but youre paying for the room and should be able to adjust accordingly.

The overall hotel is showing its wear and tear and needs updating. The room was okay, but had outdated technology. The beds were very comfortable, but the towels and robes were dingy and need to be replaced. Having iced water and house coffee in the lobby would be a nice amenity and gesture for the guests. Not a great place to stay, but the staff were friendly and it is a great location.

I have unrecognized charges on my card.

It was so nice. Everyone was kind. My only gripe was that the 3rd floor ice machine didn’t have ice so we went on a manhunt until we found one on the 7th floor.
