Clean room, helpful staff, nice space to work downstairs

I dont even know where to begin because so much happened. First the tub got clogged up. I had to contact someone to come fix it which was done expeditely. The sheets smelled like someone else's BO and there were stains on the floor. The icing on the cake for me was the no hot water situation which delayed my whole entire day.

It was a great hotel and served the purpose for booking. No complaints. Very convenient location.

The rooms were small but clean and quiet on the weekend we were there. The staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and polite, check-in was a breeze and the bistro and lounge were always clean.

Loved the location, so near the metro stops we needed and walkable to really good restaurants. During the humidity, it was a joy to walk into the air conditioning.

I recommend this hotel highly.

It's location close to a subway station and many of the attractions and public buildings in DC

Brilliantly located within walking distance from Washington DC's main attractions. Quiet and beautiful area around the hotel. Very friendly and competent staff. Starbucks in the lobby area :-) The information on additional parking fee of app. 30 USD per day is not disclosed transparently on booking.com. Neither is the information that parking at that price is some distance from the hotel. If you want to park at the hotel's garage you need to use the valet which is even more expensive. Fortunately weekends are free for street parking.

Good &quiet location. There was no kettle for drinking hot water. Had to go down in the early mornings..quite inconvenient.

Rooms were great but next time I will not want one close to the elevator.

Our stay was comfortable, rooms were clean. We have been double charged, i have paid via booking my friend arrived hotel earlier then me and front desk charged my friend full price. We tried to reach out when we noticed and still could not reach the hotel, they did not answer the phones. Booking.con also still silent on our help demand. We are still waiting.

Clean room, kind staff, room was a little small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. Plus the hotel is centrally located. I definitely recommend this hotel!
