Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. And the balcony is as fabulous!

Great place to stay !

The room was clean but outdated. The microwave and refrigerator were a plus. Our beach front patio was outdated and not clean so we avoided using it. The beach view was excellent and the beach was quiet and not crowed with tourist. The staff was superb! Friendly, professional and helpful, customer service. Overall, an excellent value.

Beds and bathroom were nice and clean. Carpet was not. It smelled mildewy throughout the hallway. Carpets I think need replaced. There were also ants in several places.

Our room wasn’t vacuumed. There was no soap in the bathroom. Also, the towels were out and not a full set. The bed was comfortable though.

The door in our room was missing the door latch/lock on top. We called as soon as we got to our room and requested it be fixed, no one ever came to look at it so we wound up putting a chair in front of the door. For the price of these rooms, that is absurd. Front desk staff seems like they were just there to check people in, not provide any assistance. I've stayed in a lot of Wyndham hotels/resorts and this one I will never go back to. The restaurant food was good.

All ice machines were out but overall not bad

Ideal location but staff seemed either confused or too distracted to answer questions about their dining options and hours.

Beach front, super friendly staff and a great value!

The room smelled of cigarettes, and I found two cockroaches; plus, the bed had a huge hole in one side. I just wanted the days to pass so I could leave soon. The indoor pool looked dirty, and the hotel seemed like something out of a horror movie. I definitely won't be back.

Love the quietness of the hotel.

I found the hotel to be very disappointing. From the start the ease of access was anything but easy. I parked in the parking garage on the 3rd floor being advised upon check in the room was on the 3rd floor. From there I had to navigate with several bags and take the elevator from the parking garage to the bottom floor from there cross over a small street to walk thru the lobby from there exit that area cross over another street, and try to figure out where to access our room. After asking, and based on the comlicated process of locating the room a heads up would have served quite useful.We were advised our room was what we now know was the older part of their hotel. With bags in tow we followed narrow hall ways to locate the elevator most convenient to access our room. Only to discover the elevator to be out of service. Happy and exhausted to have finally arrived to our assigned room to enter and check the room out. There were stains on the under sheets of the bed. The bathroom was so dirty that we literally refused to shower in there. The paint was peeling on the ceiling of the bathroom. Not to mention the astronomical smell of marijuana, now I have could have even tolerated the smell when going out on the balcony but our entire room smelled of it. Attempting to get ice no small task either as the ice was also broken on our floor. Suggestion if booking this hotel, first and foremost ask whether your room is located in the newer section of the hotel and ease of access.

Everything was good. The beach area here was perfect clean and not overpopulated. The bar and patio area was also great view of the beach.

Oceanfront was not as clean and out dated . The resturant had rip seating needs a new update .

Great location to be out of the busy section of the beach. The rooms do not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived, there were a pair of false lashes on the floor in one of the bathrooms of the room. The hallway floor was gross, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years...debris and stains everywhere. Beds and sheets were clean so at least there was that. Spend time and money to go to the store and purchase cleaners to sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces.
