The staff was unable to accommodate birthday surprise in the room

The quality of the rooms did not match the amount of money I paid for my 3 night stay.

The staff was not extremely helpful and the room was very clean. I would definitely book again!

They stay was good and fun

At the end of my check out I was charged a small fee (less than $10)for upkeeping and maintenance which is something that is always charged with a reservation to this hotel, but I was not aware of it. Anyway, highly recommend.

It was pleasant

Rug by bed was soaking wet. Housekeeping did not make bed or empty trash even tho they went in room. Rooms and lobby asthetically pleasing.

Was clean and cozy, the ice maker worked, the bar food was delicious. The pool had a little sand but was otherwise warm and well maintained. Perfect for a quick trip.

1. Online it is stated the hotel has a hot tub. It does not. 2. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of scrutinizing the rooms and linens. The bed sheets were wash clean, but had droplets of blood on them. Once sheets have blood on them they should be trashed, period. Washed or not. 3. Sprinkler over bed was coming apart. 4. Upon entering the room the scent of toilet water or something hits you. The rom should be pine sole fresh or something. Not toilet fragrance. 5. Phone constantly blink like there is a message and none of the speed buttons get you to the appropriate team member. 6. The thermostat controls constantly reset themselves while you sleep so forget a good night's sleep. 7. The onsite restaurant's breakfast offering is a joke. Menu looks appealing but they serve you banquet sausages, frozen box pancakes, and are not real stocked. We sent everything back and walked out never to eat there again. Breakfast is the best opportunity a hotel has to captivate guests for additional meals. If you screw it up it doesn't matter that you offer all you eat crab at night. No one will trust what they are eating. 8. Bar service lacks in keep things stocked. I went down a list of simple well drinks, and every time she returned they don't have something to make it. 9. Bathroom mirror was falling off the wall broken. 10. Toilet paper holder was broken and falling off the wall.

Staff went the extra mile to ensure your stay was amazing

Gave me the wrong room, they corrected it but the next room had a foul odor didn’t wanna go back and forth brought my own cleaning supplies and handled it in my own.

The kascades restaurant no good- we waited more than an hour for our breakfast of bread and eggs and coffee. Only one staff working as server and cashier. Ketchup given us is an empty bottle- so we are given again ketchup in packets. Almost all bread they do not have the supply. Common Crowne Plaza live up to your name and change your restaurant. Aircon suddenly popped and smoked a lot - Front Desk very nice we were moved to another room right away.

The Hotel it self was great nice and clean but my wife and I was given a room that was not ready at all or swept properly. The bed was most definitely comfortable, the a/c & heating was on point and the hot water OMG was just great. My wife did bring her PS5 and we had trouble connecting it to the hotel wifi but we weren't really bothered by it because our main focus was enjoying all the activities outside of the hotel. We did come across a staff member that we felt like was a little rude when we asked about the indoor pool but other than that it was a great stay and I would do it again and again, So overall with just minor flaws such as being given a room that was not ready or swept properly, 1 staff member we felt like was a little rude and the indoor pool being closed to all guests it was great and I'd rate it 4 stars out of 5 stars. Also Housekeeping was awesome really nice and polite from the moment we got upstairs up to the moment we were leaving so most definitely shoutout to all of them👏

I liked being close to the town center and the interstate. The television didn't work, or the door lock didn't work. I could see people walking past my room through my supposedly “closed and locked door.” I believe someone tried to pry my room door open, because it wasn't like that when I first checked in. I couldn't use my door key at all. I reported it to management. I was told I would receive a 50% discount, but that wasn't true. It will be my first and last time staying at the Crown Point hotel.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. The room and bed were clean and very comfortable.

After speaking directly with the hotel manager regarding some concerns I had during my stay, every issue was addressed promptly and professionally. What impressed me most was the genuine commitment from management to ensure that I left satisfied. Rather than simply acknowledging my concerns, they took immediate action to make things right. That level of customer service and accountability is becoming rare and deserves recognition. Because of the responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the management staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Virginia Beach area. The team clearly values its guests and works hard to create a positive and memorable experience. I want to personally commend the manager and staff for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. For hospitality, professionalism, and customer care, I give the Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center a 10 out of 10. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot so we were careful to sit . The room is dustyyyyy! Sooo allergies will flare up! I feel they need ALOT of updates maybe check on the cleaning crew as well.

Hotel was clean . Had problems with the television but staff helped quickly to resolve . Do not like the woman coming in out who were dressed as if they were prostitutes.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant closed so early on a Saturday evening. Would have been nice to be able stop for a drink/food at the end of the evening (which was around 10pm).

The room we had was very clean and the location is good. Was only a 10 minute drive to the beach so was good to be away from the crowds. The staff very friendly and helpful. No charge for the parking either. Only thing is if you don't mind driving to the beach and back each day. There are pros and cons to staying a little drive from the beach. It really depends on what you want.
