Ambassadors Inn & Suites

Staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful when resolving some of the issues we encountered (internet was off several times, ice machine on the 3rd floor not operational, no breakfast). The place is ok for the price, has a nice pool, and it’s not too far from the beach and restaurants, but it needs maintenance. Also, our room was connected to another through lockable doors and we could hear what was going on in the other room (we didn’t know these people). Overall good value for money and plenty of availability, but basic services only.

Nothing The hotel was not as it is on photos. The price was too high for the service we received. The room doesn’t seem fresh. Too much noisy. We stayed there a night and the noise was too much during the sleep and random people come and knock your door at midnight. The water fils in bathtub when taking shower and you will need to wait for the water to drain. The hair dryer isn’t working. Very bad experience during the stay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone .

nothing to like about this property SO many roaches, light switches didn’t even work. Room smelled like cigarettes in a nonsmoking room, burn marks on the floor, shower is only cold water, tears in the bedding, felt like i was back in Iran. 0/10, didn’t even spend the night there and they didn’t offer a refund despite the contract saying they’ll give a refund within 30 minutes of check-in.
