However, there were a few issues. 1. The hotel advertises images of a pool. However, there was no pool available and when asked from staff, there hadn’t been a pool in over a year. 2. An emergency happened the first day we stayed. It was taken care of very well but there were distributions leading to the entire hotel being evacuated. 3. The front desk worker gave us a room with a door that barely opened. Although they did give us a “trick” to open the door, it took over 5 minutes each time to even open the door in the first place. Do not recommend room 420. If you are given this room, please please ask for a different one. However, it is perfectly okay to simply stay one or two days.

Staff never came in the room to clean and had to go to lobby every day to get clean towels. Other than that food was good expensive but good.

The water pressure in the shower was so bad. Mine and my daughter’s hair was greasy and weighed down because we could not rinse our hair well. Told the staff that I wanted to talk to the manager and called them multiple times after check out with NO CALL BACK. Do not stay here. It’s ridiculous that they don’t address this! The water pressure from the sink was fine/why can’t they address the shower pressure?

Lobby clerk left us downstairs waiting for an hour for check in

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to family. Breakfast isn’t free but looked good. The room was spacious. We were across the hall from the elevator and didn’t hear a thing.
-
Great location and close to many restaurants and shops. 20 minutes from Navy Base station. Staff was helpful and friendly

Nice property will go back

Great location, parking, and front-desk staff. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast served late on Saturday and Sunday, so if you have plans for those days, be ready to eat elsewhere. Curious mismatch between number of coffee packets and cream and sugar set-ups for room coffee; the ice machines don't work, so go down to lobby floor for a bag of ice from the top-loader; the showerhead is attached to a strange chromium sliding post that will not catch the set screw; design over functionality and it doesn't work; the room keys deactivate frequently; they know about the problem but have not addressed it yet. So please let's open the restaurant earlier on weekends, fix the showerheads, and pay more attention to the details of the stay. The fundamentals are in place but why not make a good hotel into a great hotel?

Eh. Nothing to rave about. Wouldn’t recommend. Nicer and cheaper alternatives. Night staff was less than helpful. AC sounded like a machine gun going off. Choose elsewhere for your stay.

In a nice location, room was very spacious and comfortable
-
I liked the style. The beds were clean and free of bugs. You can hear everyone talking in their rooms even from the elevator. The microwaves weren’t in the room it was on the floors 1/3/5 we had room on floor 2 and had a family of 6 trying to heat up our plates in 3 trips.
-
I think one cup of coffee with NO refill was not good No hot water, just lukewarm, for 4 days toilet made a horrible noise when flushed No cleaning service for 4 days, if this is their policy, I should have been informed at check in
-
The beds are a little hard and water could be hotter for the shower but other than that it’s a good place to stay.
