We got a surprise $45 charge for parking our car in the half empty parking lot that was not disclosed on Expedia as they said all fees were included in the price

Every bagel was dried out and hard… here were sausage biscuits in a heater pan that were hard as rocks… definitely put out from the previous day and could not eat those (nor bagels). Breakfast definitely needs attention but every other part of the stay was very nice! Also enjoyed using the shuttle service to Vail Village.

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit was quiet and effective. Bed pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Shower water pressure was painfully low.

The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located in West Vail with a shuttle that regularly takes you into Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Breakfast is decent-typical for a hotel. A cute park , perfect for our dog, is located 1.5 blocks away and there’s a hike/bike trail in front of the hotel that makes it great for our dog’s walks. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony facing the mountains. The view was beautiful from inside the room but since the hotel is located on the I-70 frontage road, the noise from the traffic is LOUD! We couldn’t enjoy the balcony or outdoor grilling area (also on the freeway side).

Gorgeous hotel. Room was very spacious and immaculate! Staff were helpful. Would highly recommend!

Staff was accommodating and very professional.

Excellent experience, clean & beautiful property that actually smelled good & didn't have that weird, tired hotel smell. Breakfast was better than the average. We only stayed one night passing through but it would be very comfortable for a long stay. The one thing that was irritating (could be I missed the info on the site when booking) is they charge $45 to park on site & don't tell you till you check in, as corroborated by an employee when checking in. It was very late & we didn't want to park a mile away for free & walk in so we paid to park but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for trip to Mount Rushmore. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the breakfast had good options. Hotel was quiet for the most part. We had loud people above our room, but the staff was helpful in getting them to quiet down. The property was beautiful and safe as well.

Breakfast was no more than “ok”, I was expecting more. Room is excellent.

Loved everything except the parking charge.

The one down side was that there isn't an on site restaurant. I never saw anyone at the bar. Being on that side of the highway. It's a little far to drive. The place is clean and quiet. The room was great.

Besides slippery shower floors I loved everything about this stay.
