The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the multiple use soap, shampoo dispenser. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive with everything from toast to waffles. Nice dining area.

The front desk staff was delightful. The room was big. The bed was a little bit squishy for my taste. The free breakfast was amazing! The variety of foods was incredible, including make your own waffles, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, eggs, and bacon, fresh vanilla yogurt, with toppings to make a parfait, variety of juices, and of course, coffee.

Room was comfortable and clean. A/c was off when we arrived and took hours to copl down. Waffle batter had a bad aftertaste.

Mita at the front desk was great. He worked very hard at both the desk and in at complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel price gauging that goes on during graduation season is horrible. I will say that this Best Western had one of the better room rates, but it was still more than anyone should pay for a hotel room.

In general, it was ok. It worked, and the staff was all very nice and friendly. Location is very good. The breakfast certainly needs improvement! More healthy options, more fruits, etc.
