At first glance we were happy with the hotel. However, when we took the kids to the pool we saw clumps of hair on the ground and in the pool. We figured it was just from some kiddos. However, when we got to our room and looked there was more hair in the sheets when we pulled them back, and on the pull sofa bed we saw white stains on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed was also straight springs and not sleepable. I will say the person at the front desk felt horrible and was very polite.

The owner Raj was rude, room had a smell that was unpleasant, furniture was stained, ice machine was broken, facilities overall were run down and not maintained properly. Left 2 days early and will never return or recommend

Clean, but bed wasn’t comfortable and noise from the floor above us and hallway made it difficult to sleep.

Nice central location, easy to get to all locations and points. Staff responsive, professional and helpful. Room was a little dated and showed wear. Broken desk chair and cap off light switch (that almost caused a cut on finger when fumbling for lights in the dark) were first things noticed upon entry. Shower grout was dirty and shower gel pump was empty indicating the bathroom may have been neglected. Older/worn mixed matched towels were provided. Good stay overall. Perhaps the oldest / most dated Cambria I have stayed at - previous locations have all been brand new(within 2 years of opening) . Appreciated all the good things about the hotel without dwelling on the few details that momentarily caused me to question my selection. Presented concerns to attendent at front desk and he attentively took notes and apologized which was gracious of him.

My room wasn’t near as clean as I thought it would be. There were lrg stains on the chair. Flooring needed to be swept, but overall it was a relatively quiet place to sleep for one night.
-
The pool was not bigger than a big tub. Only 12 people max. The room sufficed but was not as I expected based on the pictures online.
-
The room was dirty hair everywhere stains all over towels and bed. 1st rm was super dirty swit h us to another room that was was even worst and the last one was decent but not as dirty and stained as 1st two. Pool was dirty terrible place would never book again

My family was able to have 2 king size beds in one room. For a family of four with parents and children to worked out well. We never saw a housekeeper during our stay and had to request clean towels and a bag for our trash. The hotel explained the housekeeper was ill. The buffet only operates if the hotel is at 80% occupancy, and when it was available, it was picked over and never restocked. You could order from a menu, but the front desk clerk had to go into the kitchen to make breakfast, which raised concerns about trained personnel handling food. When we ordered dinner, some menu items were unavailable, and the grilled sandwich we did get was overly salty. The pool area tables and chairs needed cleaning, with crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. The fridge in the room had a broken tray inside, and the coffee Keurig cups were never replenished. The front desk even tried to charge us for a few replacements. Lastly, the shower head in room 128 had no water pressure. I asked on behalf of my family, and they sent a maintenance man who adjusted the shower head settings. Pathetic. Still, there was no water pressure.

Room was not very clean, outdated, pool and hot tub are very small and can feel very overcrowded. Chemicals were excessive with chlorine burning our eyes just sitting by the pool. Patio is a nice option.
-
Overall rating is just ok. Our drain in the shower drained slow so we were standing in water during our showers. The beds had hair in them and stains on mattress protectors. I wouldn’t stay again.
-
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the room clean but there were areas that it could have been better. The coffee maker had stuff growing on it, the sink looked spotty, the bed skirts were tucked in but not on the beds properly. The room just needed a little TLC and updated.

The room was decently clean and spacious. All the facilities, I.e. pool, restrooms, dining were disgustingly dirty. Pool area had slimy floors, tables had old food all over them, and the pool smelled extremely strong of chlorine, burning everyone’s eyes. The public restrooms on the lobby floor had fecal matter sprayed in some stalls both women and men’s. Dining area tables were not wiped down. The saving grace was that the room was decently clean. This was a Sunday night when the hotel was empty and a cleaning crew should have been there to clean after the weekend. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I asked for service but they made excuses why they couldn’t clean my room.

They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other Cambria hotels we have stayed at.
-
Has the best beds and pillows I've seen in any hotel, including those at twice the price. Overall, I would stay again, the beds and staff make up for an aging facility.
-
