Quality Inn & Suites Union City - Atlanta South

The first two rooms I got put into where either messed up like three lights didn’t work and one had a light bulb hanging by wires. Then the second room hadn’t been cleaned at all the third room was good. The assistant manager was apologetic and quick to move me rooms though so customer service there was good. The pool is freezing cold even though I believe it says heated indoor and the hottub was nice but not really hot just like warm bath water. When I got back from the pool area, an hour later, my key cards both did not work. Housekeeping let me in without knowing it was my room for sure. I was in the shower and someone came into my room I quickly finished my shower went to the front desk to get my keys fixed and told her that someone came into my room while I was showering and not the AGM someone else at the desk just said oh sorry while answering the phone in front of me instead of addressing me already talking to her. The hotel has good potential it’s in a decent area close to the hotel not in the worst shape but this was my experience. Also laundry is $7 to do a full load plus you have to then buy soap so for one load it’s $10

We often stay at Quality Inns but this particular one was a major disappointment. It appeared as if the management decided to skip doing any maintenance on their property. The breakfast selections were unappetizing and the coffee was about as bad as I’ve ever had. The good points were a friendly desk person, a comfortable mattress, a clean bathroom, and a convenient location for interstate travelers.

The property itself was ok but we had a situation on in our room! There was a mouse running around our room, we called the front desk and they gave us another room but when we got there it smelled so bad that we had to change rooms again. It was really frustrating moving all our stuff from room to room at 2am. We left early the next day but the manager called me and was very apologetic and offered a free night for the inconvenience.

I am waiting for my refund for a non shuttle service. Breakfast was awful and the pool need to be clean.

Not much. AC worked. Low budget. Dirty, moldy showers, smelly rooms. Terrible breakfast, we went sommaren else to eat.

We checked in and checked out!! The lobby/hallway smelled of weed. The pool was dirty, the room was filthy… leftover food in the fridge, hair on the sheets, broken furniture, stained carpet, the bathroom had not been cleaned, fake eyelashes on the tv stand. Hotel manager would not come down to the lobby to speak to us and refund our money. Expedia customer support was of no help.

The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice perk. Although my first room was a little dirty and I had to switch rooms, the customer service made up for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the younger housekeeper was especially kind and helpful. The team was very accommodating whenever I needed assistance, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

Needed a place to stay while visiting atlanta. This place has breakfast and a pool and hot tub that was relaxing after a long day. Would recommend. Affordable prices

I love the fact that the guy Andy in front is very helpful I talked to him only throughout my stay . He listened understood and addressed my issue everyone else I spoke with wasn’t helpful and the housekeeping is unacceptable I had to bring and buy my own cleaning products to clean the rooms is very disturbing. The room I was moved from they still put someone in there and didn’t clean it what so ever. Andy he is the best I recommend speaking with him through out your stay and I hope they replace housekeeping that’s ridiculous The other services rooms dirty and staff not accommodating the issues

Nice Everything was good

Rooms were filthy. Bathroom fixtures were pulled out of the wall and the furniture was in poor condition. Bathroom lights barely worked and only one lamp in the room had a light bulb. Called the front desk to switch rooms due to poor lighting and the lady at the front desk came up harassing us to vacate the room while we were trying to round up two toddlers and all of our things, less than 10 minutes after issuing the new room key. Breakfast food was horrible too. It’s cheap for a reason
