Love how close this was to the Mohegan sun. Quick check in process and place was clean We had no hot water in the morning to take a shower even though we let the water run for over 15 minutes. I did call the hotel and was told that being our room was on the opposite side of where the boiler is located that it takes time for the hot water to travel. I ask to be compensated and was also told since I booked with a 3rd party there is nothing they could do.

I was SO impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff were informative, friendly and efficient! Comfy room. Food kiosk was much appreciated!! Close to venue we were visiting and convenient shuttle bus service! We will definitely be back !!! Thank you !

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for a wedding and went to the casino afterwards. There is a shuttle service that goes until midnight giving rides to and from the casino for free which was nice after a few drinks. Continental breakfast was a plus.

Great at front desk to everything. Like how they have a shuttle service to and from the casino to the hotel. And its at very close proximity of casino. Rooms r very clean and staff very polite. Definitely would stay again and or recommend.

I was only in need of a hotel for a few hours and this was just perfect. I desperately needed to check-in early and they were able to accommodate that which was so helpful! I wish the room had heavier curtain that you could draw closed though because I had a super bright parking lot light shining in on my bed which was a little annoying. Peruse perfectly fine place to stay for night.
