Comfort Inn & Suites Tuscumbia - Muscle Shoals

The beds were uncomfortable, the bath linens were dingy, from repeated use. The bathroom was outdated, bad wall paper hanging, as well as terrible caulk repairs. The “complimentary breakfast” was again Fair. Small breakfast nook, food okay. Hotel isn’t crowded, therefore breakfast food isn’t Fresh.

Staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

The location was good. It was nasty. We saw roaches. The pool had algae so was closed but no notice at all. The heat was on at the fitness center and the lady refused to help she had no clue. The beds were lumpy. Miserable.

Nothing Rooms where not clean. Hair was on the bedding, sheets were stained and appeared not to have been changed. Rooms smelled mushy….

Comfortable stairway. Decent breakfast. Very firm pillows. Pool was not open in June. Small eating area- our party could not fit together for breakfast. Ripped/heavily worn towels. Multiple patched holes in wall and large areas of chipped paint throughout room and bathroom.

Clean room easy check in and out

Good location, one of the two only availabilities in the area when we needed to stay. Our room backed up to a residence so it was quiet. It was ick. The first room had snot or boogers on the wall of the bathroom, the lamp shades were so filthy and discolored. There were no USB outlets. The breakfast area was awful—there were eggs and sausage but they were cold, the outlet on the wall was broken as toaster also did not work. Only 1 side of the toaster even worked but you had to toast your food 3 times. Half the food was missing . The chairs were falling apart in the dining room. There were ants on the table by the window. All the tables were dirty. The garbage was overflowing.

1st floor and close to my interest location Musty smell in the room. It wasn't intrusive but noticeable. The fixtures in the room are antiquated.

The front desk was never at the front desk. Felt like a ghost town. I called ahead of time and asked if the pool was opened, I was told yes. It was not. Very green. The room was damp. Any paperwork I took out was damp. I kept my socks on, they got damp, I was there for 3 nights, I received 2 towels, one washcloth and one hand towel. It just was not a cozy stay at all. I stayed here on business and I would not book this hotel if it was for a vacation.

the beds were hard, there was a bug trap in the closet with what looked like a bug the tub looked dirty the walls in bathroom were dirty the pool was closed lids of some sort were in the bathroom sink drain the room was dark the halls were dark rug was ripped the phone didnt work the tv was way delayed to turn on the fridge was not very cold after turning up no maintenance man in the evening. My family had bites on legs. there were patches on my ceiling from i guess water leaks. They charge way too much for the condition of the property. I have stayed at multiple comfort inns without any issues but this was heavily neglected and does not deserve the name Comfort Inn.

Room was clean. Breakfast was well below average.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is on a convenient location.
