It was a great experience and friendly service

I stayed in room 204 the top lock was broken I went out for the evening and came back and a man was in my bed I was scared for my life he told me the front desk had rented my room to him and left half of my belongings in the room it was a total nightmare I would not advise Anybody to stay here your safety is in danger Total invasion of privacy

Worst hotel I ever been to .. room was dirty , sheets had cig holes , bugs near window and cig burns on tub. Left and booked different hotel

We checked in and right back out. The room was filthy, it stunk, nasty pillows and pillow cases. Cigarette burns all on the dresser. Black around the bath tub. Other guests outside smoking weed. This is definitely NOT suitable for travelers with children. I do not know how safe the area is, but the parking lot itself was full of people sitting outside with chairs from their rooms. Abandoned shopping carts. This is a case of emergency only place to stay!

The sink hole in the bed slept on top didn't want to really prefer sleeping in the car all night

Nothing! Facilities were old and dirty. Towels in the room had black marks on them. Floor was filthy had to wear shower shoes when walking around in the room. My room wasn't clean. Smelled of cigarette smoke.

Absolutely disgusting place. Dirty. Towels had blood stains. bugs. When I got to my room, someone else's belongings were in there. I told the front desk and they had someone come pick them up. But then they let that person (who owned the belongings) in my room at 4am. Don't stay here.

The location. Everything else. When I first walked in the air unit against the wall was completely apart. The front of it was laying on the floor and the knobs were missing. I have a picture of it. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There were numerous cigarette burns in the bedding and the curtains, even though it was a non smoking room. All the bedding and towels were extremely stained. The remote didn’t work the tv.

Upon checking into our room after driving all day long, once inside the room, we noticed that the sheets on both beds were not clean. We went back to the front desk and told them about the sheets and they did put us into another room. However once in the 2nd room the same thing, both beds had dirty sheets. At this point we decided to change to a different hotel although they attempted to put us in another room. This was just unacceptable!

I booked this hotel weeks before traveling across country to attend the Alabama vs. LSU college football game. I went through multiple hotel website pictures and reviews before booking. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly front desk agent who assisted me with my check in. When I opened the door to the room it was absolutely filthy from top to bottom. The sheets (comforter, down sheet and pillowcases) had cigarette burn holes in them, the lampshades had brown swill inside, the floor was covered in a film of a sticky substance, the toilet had a ring around the bottom that smelled of bile and human feces, the bathroom vanity had cracks all throughout which harbored hair follicles and multiple different debris substances and the entire room reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. My brother and I didn’t even put our belongings on any of the surfaces because we were worried about bed bugs or any other spreadable disease. We immediately left and I returned my hotel keys to the front desk agent and explained to her that I would absolutely not be staying in that room or hotel establishment. I would like a 100% refund for not only the multiple inconveniences my family and I had to endure but also for the lack of transparency within the online booking.Images that were on your actual website.
