Desk clerk untrained and answered phone during our checkin and left us waiting to get keys for rooms. Manager, train your people. Bathtub needs work. Breakfast was good.

Road noise may be a problem if you sleep light.

The staff. Being charged for a pool that was broken and had 3 children asking about it for 3 days. Promised a refund and didn't get one.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and very helpful when asking questions about things to do in the area. The only issue we had was a previous guest had left a sock that got shoved in the couch. Otherwise the room and pool were very clean.

The staff was so friendly especially the young girl working the front desk. The rooms was very clean and beds were comfortable. My son loved the indoor pool!

Black spots in tub, no towel bars. Very good breakfast, room was good size.

The rooms were roomy. The bed was big and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn’t packed or cold. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

The hotel was nice. It was clean for the most part. The breakfast was great. However there was mold in the bathtub where the soapdish connects to the wall, mold around the drain in the tub and worst of all when I touched the towel to the bathroom sink faucet (underside where the water comes out) I almost died. Mold or something black on the towel…i did it again and there was more. I had been using the sink water to drink. Obviously we had to make a run to the store to buy bottled water. It was cheap and we needed a hotel room last minute for a graduation…so I am thankful they had a room.

The breakfast menu was good and fresh. No room service was rendered. We were told by several workers that our room was not on their list. Although, they were servicing the room next door and across the hall. We were told to bring dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get clean ones.

The room was cool but the bathroom tub/shower was rusted

The sheets wasn’t clean the cleaning staff didn’t come every morning the trash was backed up in the rooms there’s no vending machines

Clean rooms and facility. Great breakfast with a caring staff.

A/C is the old style. But kept the room cool. Front Desk Ladies were wonderful. My only complaint is that there must had been smoking allowed because we could smell cigarette smoke often. Ugh!
