It was hard to find someone at front desk and when someone finally did show up their customer was not great they were very rude. Would not recommend this ave to anyone
-
Very clean and quiet. Would stay again.
-
Nice rooms looks like recently been remodeled
-
It was clean in every aspect. Primarily I didn’t like that the room had a bare concrete type floor. Everything about the room was as absolute basic and minimal as possible.
-
A real s**t hole

We did not stay at the property. The entire hotel was empty however, the gentleman checking us in told me that although I was disabled, I could not have a bottom floor room because I did not pay for that. When I asked him if he could kindly accommodate me, his response was, I accommodate no one. There is no elevator and I cannot navigate the stairs. So we left and stayed elsewhere. I will never stay at a red roof Inn again.

Location Dirty. Key card didn’t work 80% of the time. No restaurants nearby. Pigs going door to door.

The front desk is very rude. They acted like we were inconveniencing them when we checked in and out. The keys weren’t working at first and its card entry and they treated us like we were stupid and when we needed towels they were very rude and said housekeeping, will get your new towels and put them in your room. I didn’t want anybody in my room so I put the dirty towels outside and got new ones from housekeeping. The room we stayed in was dirty. The only thing clean was the beds. There were dead bugs on the wall in the sleeping area and the bathroom. There was some sort of substance on the panel in front of the sink that look like blood. The floor was filthy. You had to wear shoes to walk on it. The towels, washcloths and hand towels were very crunchy and rough on the face and body. We left an item in the room and I called about a week later cause we realize it was gone and they told me that housekeeping found nothing. And there was a homeless guy using the ice machine, putting ice in his hat and putting it on his head and they didn’t seem to care.

Ice machine works good water pressure decent furniture tv works basics covered Mattress overdue for switch one side king bed unuseable only 2 towels for 4 day stay not big enough trash cans shower plumbing not secure in the wall kinda wonky
-
There was no coffee in the morning and I rang the bell 6 or 7 times and no one came to check me out.
-
Room was clean and the stay is as quiet as it can be next to an interstate. I will stay there every time i work in the area as long as the rates are comparable. This week they are not. Unfortunately because I do enjoy my stay there.
