Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East

We had a wonderful time already making plans to come back in November

This property never disappoints! It offers a great value, with lovely amenities, accommodating staff & services and a substantial, INCLUDED breakfast. We are repeat visitors and use this location as one of our favorite spots to have a local staycation and have always loved it, but ever since the Hilton company took it over and it became an Embassy Suites the service & offerings have made it an even more desirable property.

We walked into the room and it smelled like a dead animal was left in the room, there were Pee spots from Animals on the carpet and again the horrible smell in the room was so terrible we had to sleep With the sliding glass door open all night. Also one of the beds had someone else’s make-up on the sheets which means they were not changed.

Clean room, comfortable bed Pillows were skimpy. Made it work tho!

Older design if you ask me but it works well. An elevator next to our room was "Out of order" so we had ti walk a little farther. Not a big deal but on of the people in our room was on supplemental oxygen. Staff was friendly. The gym in this place was outstanding. Plenty of room to do whatever! Didnt use the pool but it looked nice. We quickly got extra towels when we asked for them.

The breakfast bar options and evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks were great. Clean, quiet, and very spacious rooms. Pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
