Excellent customer services, breakfast not enough food selection and over crowded.

Trey and Jenn at the front desk are very nice great service and good breakfast

The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?). AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable amount of time. The pool and hot tub were nice, though a bit small (it was June so it was relatively crowded in the afternoon). The use of a code to enter the pool is odd (vs room key) but it is an older motel. Social hour was a bonus (one drink/person + popcorn), and it was right next to the pool so we got it to take up to the room. Breakfast offerings were good - scrambled/boiled eggs, sausage, waffles were all tasty. Coffee was decent too! The ice machine was conveniently located on the stairs to our room, and there was adequate parking. Overall I would recommend this place

A hidden gem. Booked it on Orbitz las minute at a decent price and from the outside it might not look like much - but the room was perfect, the happy hour a surprise and the buffet style breakfast left nothing to wish for. Even the coffee was great!

La atención en recepción muy buena !!

Only issue - Having a pre-programmed A/C unit in Arizona in June was not appreciated.

Everything was perfect. This property felt like a 4 star hotel at a motel price. Every amenity I look out for in a hotel was there: refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, gym, pool, jacuzzi, luxurious bedding, firm bed, and free hot breakfast. They even had complimentary wine in the cafe served by the Delightful Ms Kayla. I would definitely come back here and of course recommend to my friends. Best Western has always been my favorite, and this location is surely one of the best.

Loved pool

Outside looked a little dirty and skeptical, but it look like some work was being done so I gave them the benefit of the doubt we’re going into the room. It looked nice, but after they’re actually analyzing and walking around the bathtub have shoe prints in them. There was a small little worms underneath the table against the wall in a big giant worm inside in front of our door we immediately left. They only refunded us for one night, but we did not stay both nights. We may be stayed for 20 minutes contemplating.

The room offered was not cleaned and hence had to go back to the front desk to get a different room. This room had a used towel in the hanger inside the restroom. Overall not a good experience.
-
Honestly just the location The pool was dirty, room was dirty, a lot of noise.

The balcony is awesome

the hotel was really run down. I broke out in a skin rash from the hard sheets. I asked for a crib for my granddaughter and it was a sleep and play that looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The staff at check in was great and the breakfast was good but so crowded most of the food was gone. I won't stay there again Just not my way of staying!

Exceptional

The free breakfast was very good. Waffle makers, yogurt cups, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. As well as items to make toast and cereal. They also had juice and coffee. The bathroom walls looked like they were wiped down but became smeared. It made it feel dirty. Maybe it needs fresh paint.

Staff was very friendly. Got a free drink with my stay and a free breakfast. Food was delicious and a good selection. N/a
