It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The valet damaged our car and it seemed like no one could help us, the valet company has no affiliation with the hotel so we were on our own.

It was very clean. Front desk was so very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Great location and walk ability to local restaurants and breweries.

Rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and very clean. Convenient location for conference center. The staff are extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Cook-to-order breakfast was solid but the buffet was underwhelming. Would have rated this hotel a 5 except the walls and windows are paper thin. Was on the 11th floor and could hear the cars and motorcycles with their loud music pass by. Could hear other guests as well. Mattresses and sheets comfortable so would have been a great night of rest if it weren’t for the noise.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. There were no regular coffee pods for the keurig, only tea. The body wash in the shower was empty.

The staff was extremely helpful to answer our questions during our stay. Also the location was connected to the Glass City Convention Center which was very convenient and close to many restaurants too.

Don't understand the parking we arrived on Thursday we went out for dinner and we paid $5 when we checked out on Friday they charged us $15 we parked in the parking l garage and when we got back on Thursday night after dinner so many spots had a cone in front of the parking space and when we checked out and left on Friday morning those same spot still had cones no car in those spots . And also it says that there's parking available it says nothing about paying a fee that was one main reason why we booked there. And that's the only thing I did not like about the property thank you

Loved the fact that it was connected to the Glass City convention center. Real easy access. The restaurant was good. Very friendly staff.

Based on the pricing of course, it was increased because there was a convention in the area which should be considered gouging. Location is awesome when attending an event at the glass center
