When we arrived no one was at the desk. Had to call Michelle and then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Room could’ve been cleaner. They gave the room we had reserved away. Toilet took overnight to fill half way. Instead of a queen bed it was a full size bed.

The owner was very nice when greeted, staff is attentive and very helpful! I can't say that I didn't like anything, I actually liked everything about the place!

Cockroaches, cigarette burns through the bedding, dirty toilet and dirty shheets and dirty floors.

Stayed in room 110, roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the overall building was just dirty. Also there is no breakfast.

It was pretty noisy outside my room last night and early this morning, not what I expected at all, compared to the pictures on the website. Misadvertisement.

It said breakfast. Hasn't had breakfast in 3 years. That's why we chose that hotel. Barely any hot water for 1 shower let alone 2.

The only positive thing was the staff was absolutely wonderful!! Woud not even stay there again.

I had booked a rooms for Wendsday and Friday. The first room was so nasty. Smells of smoke, bathroom was filthy. Just a nasty place. No refund, never again

Nasty Nasty, room had not been swept. Hair all over the tub. Shower head was at waist level. Toilet seat was broken. No door on bathroom. Smelled of smoke even when it was no smoking room. Exterior was littered with cigarette butts . Skipped a return res.

There was no continental breakfast as stated in the advertisement. The hotel name is not what is stated on the advertisement. The bed was nice. The shower fan was extremely loud.

Nothing is was run down and looks nothing like the pictures at all! Our room was nasty didn’t have blankets on the beds only sheets. The floors weren’t cleaned or swept there were cigarette butts and ashes everywhere there was some else’s shoes behind the bathroom door. There was only one nasty small pillow on each bed!
