SpringHill Suites Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall

I booked a 3 night stay, the room wasn’t the cleanest but not a big deal. I travel frequently for work and when I do I travel with pre-made meals, I noticed my fridge wasn’t working properly so I informed the front desk. Gentleman behind the counter informed me that the fridges in room are “motion activated” I wasn’t sure about it so I went to the ice maker to fill up my coolers, which he informed me none of the ice makers on property weren’t functioning, and if I wanted ice I would have to walk across the street to a different property. He insisted when I put my meals in the fridge it would activate, it was past midnight at this point so I trusted him and put my meals in the fridge. When I woke up I realized the fridge never turned on and all my meals were spoiled. Very disappointed, definitely would never consider this property again. Only reason 1 star is valid is because they allowed me to check in early!

Staff was awesome . Room was great . Breakfast was great only thing is wish the pool was cooler because it was super hot out ! Still enjoyed it . Other than that was a great stay .

Comfortable to stay, near Arizona Mills and other establishments we needed to go When I went inside the bathroom, there was a single drop of liquid stain on the toilet

Great place to stay in Tempe. Property was clean, staff was fantastic, continental breakfast was well-stocked with several options, fitness center had free weights which was awesome. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. Would stay again.

Clean room and friendly service. They cheerfully let me stay a few hours longer.

Very good

Room was filthy. Stains and bad patch jobs on every wall. Bathroom was extremely foul, looked like the ceiling was going to cave in. Dozens of hairs on the walls in the showers. Door barely latched. A/C unit was musty and didn’t get cold enough.

It's a nice room for sleep, didn't spent much time here. Location was convenient.
