Tampa Bay Extended Stay Airport

First the good thing, are it's located near to things like the Airport, and Tampa Bay River front House keeping is good, the beds are very comfortable, clean Towels etc, all layed out nice Room size is good, and overall it's ok The bad things are it's on a bussy road, with traffic noise unless you are at the bank of the motel Then there is the bugs, we have stayed there twice in different rooms, once in January, and then in June, both times we had all kinds of bugs in the room, it's Florida and I know Florida has bugs, as we have a vacation home there, but I was told they have called someone in to sort out the problem Overall you get what you pay for, it's not a bad Motel, but could do with an upgrade

Was a very nice stay for the night.

It was a short overnight stay. It served its purpose.

Excellent hotel. Would stay here every time in Tampa

Roaches

We walked in the room and were instantly hit with the smell of wet black mold. We both had headaches within 15 minutes. Brown stains all over the mattresses. Roaches. Electrical outlets coming out of the walls. We left immediately. And no refund.

You get what you pay for at this motel. Door dead bolt lock didn't work, the tv had lines in it, air conditioner was loud and I was woke up at 3am with people talking.

The first room smelled moldy. The switch are room. And the second room had no cold water. And also had roaches.

Stay was great

Sleep in your car before sleeping here. This is a roach motel. Not clean, bugs and overall poor condition. Scroll past this disaster

Staff is helpful... Key tondoor needs multiple attempts to open the room

Nothing It was dirty and reeked of very old cigarette smoke in both rooms we were put in. The 1st night, the office was closed, which we were not told. Drove 40 minutes back to a relative for the night. They refunded that night. Came the next day to the same accomadations. To top it all off, there were young men partying off the sidewalk. That was it. I am asking for a full refund.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had visibly dirty floors and stained walls and ceiling. Due to these unsanitary conditions, I immediately requested a room change at the front desk. After leaving the hotel for dinner and returning later that evening, we discovered a severe roach infestation in the room. Roaches were crawling on the floors and walls; we killed several, but more continued to appear. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the front desk to assist with another room change. Given the circumstances and lack of assistance, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and secure accommodations at another hotel approximately 20 minutes away.

THE LOICATIONS FORM THIS TRIP WAS APPROPRIATE. HOWEVER, DATES SELECTED SHOULD OF BEEN TO FROM THE 16TH TO THE 18TH. NO METHOD TO CORRECT THE DISCREPANCY WERE MADE AVAILABLE. NO FORM OF CANCELATION WAS AVAILABLE; WHEN ERA WAS NOTICED IT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE OR INFORM ANYONE OR EVEN CANCEL. WHEN PARTY ARRIVED TO TAKEUP ROOM IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE , INSTEAD NO EFFORD TO ACCOMIDATE WAS AVAILABLE. THIS RUINED THE UPCOMING TRIP ENTIRELY. THIS HAS BEEN AN UNEXPECTED SITUATION AND NO REMEDIATION WAS PRESENTED. TOTAL LOST TO INCLUDE TRIP TO FORT LAUDERDALE WAS ABORTED ENTIRELY. NEARLY $400 WAS LOST AND NO COMPROMISE, WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE USING BOOKING.COM THE DUTCH OWNERS OF BOOKING SHOULD BE PROUD. NOTHING NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO CANCEL RESERVATION

It was dirty. The security man gave us keys to a room that was already occupied.

It's very bad maintained and very poorly cleaned. Best way to describe it is not clean at all.

Not clean

The room was not cleaned. Unable to sleep in bed due to itchiness. Spoke with manager the next day to cancel our stay, was told to submit request to only be charged for one night and get a refund for the second night we had canceled. Never received refund.

There was no breakfast. Vending machine on 2nd floor was broken. Our room had a moldy smell; the walls were dirty; there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor & in the corners of the living/sleeping areas. There was dirt in the corners, floors were dirty. The whole room was disgusting!!! ??
