I loved my stay at Ramada. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint there was the pillows were to soft. But that just my preference. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. To strong for me but again my preference. The breakfast was nice. It was the same everyday but there is an IHOP right in the parking lot if u want other options.

When I arrived...the room I received there was a strong smell and the bath tub was not usable because of stains on the bottom of tub...I tried to get a refund but the clerk told me there is a possibility I would not receive my first nights refund. So I was forced to stay for a night. I awoke in the morning and tried to get a refund for the forced night stated but the morning clerk stated I could have received a full refund at check in and this is what I tried to do initially. The whole experience was not good.

Unsanitary

The staff and lobby were extremely polite and helpful. There is only an Ihop in the parking lot for food. Unless you have a mode of transportation or food delivery, you will have limited options in the lobby to purchase. The outward appearance isn't the best for the hotel, however it does have everything you need for 1-2 nights stay. The pool area was great after a long day in the sun.

It’s not what I expected the rooms were a little bit run down. Smelled a little musky and moldy. The breakfast was okay. If you can I would recommend spending a little bit more on accommodations to avoid coming here. Staff was fantastic though

This was the worst experience of the trip. Be aware if they put you in a room in the back of the property they consider you steerage. Ac didn’t work, smelled musty. We were gonna milk it thru till the 3 spiders dropped in the bathroom. Phone wouldn’t work to office so went up and complained. The manager said all the rooms had spiders, it was just a thing! He agreed to move me from 246 to 205. The walk to 205 went past the pool where the gay couple were making out which made me glad we had not brought our grandchildren on this trip. In 205 the ac worked, it was cleaner and definitely an upgrade cuz there was only 1 spider instead of 3. At 2am my car alarm went off and I stared down the guy casing my car and the neighbors mustang. A 24 hour IHOP is there and people who feel the need to eat breakfast at 2 am must like cars. I don’t know how breakfast was cuz I wouldn’t let my wife try it as if cleanliness was anything like the rooms, you get the picture. On a good note though, the manager called me in 205 and said he had called an exterminator for 246. I thanked him. I wish this was satire but every word is true. Drive on past, save yourself and loved ones.

Room was infested with roaches. Carpet was so dirty white socks became black. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Cigarette ashes all over bathroom floor and around window. Staff was rude acting like they did not want to be there. When I went to the front desk about the roaches that were inside the alarm clock I was informed that yes that’s where they like to hide. Only positive thing was the Ihop next door was good.

First room we were given had roaches but staff was helpful in getting us a new room

Room and hotel was clean. And parking was convenient

The staff were trying to be helpful. The first room they put us in smelled horrible and dirty. Front desk put us in a 2nd room it still smelled and was also not the cleanest. We didn’t even stay the night. We choose to book elsewhere and by a completely different t brand

Our room had spiders in it and the room was muggy and smelled like it was wet. We noticed it the morning after our first night. When we came back to the room at night it was worse and there were more spiders. They moved us to a better room. But as the lady was showing me 2 rooms 1 room smelled like Marijuana. People also in the hallway was smoking Marijuana.
