Best Western Tampa

Great stay and location.

Close to lots of restaurants, rooms were clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast had good options.

If you arrive early and want to check in and room ready they surprise you with an early fee. Also if you have a family of 4 and theirs another family of 4 you will be crowded in the pool with it being small .

The hotel was a great location for our concert at Raymond James Stadium. Unfortunately, the facility was very run down. Staff was nice, breakfast was very minimal.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and efficient. The property itself was very mediocre. The hallways/carpet areas smelled very musty. The room was decent but we did have a leaking toilet. We were only there for 1 night and barely in the room, for the price it got the job done.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good selection at breakfast No hot water in the evening. My Dad had hot water in the morning for his shower. By the time I wanted to take my shower in the evening there wasn't any hot water. Ice machine worked fine in the evening, but not in the morning. So, the hotel needs to update somethings like hot water heater and ice machine

We were in town for the Chris Stapleton concert at Raymond James. We checked in early but the front desk clerk was new and with no one in line we waited, which wasn't a problem because he was new and we were half an hour early. Got to our room and found a hairball on the floor so I got tissue to pick it up, went to flush it and there were cigarette ashes in toilet. Notified front desk who sent someone up to spray room spray and take pictures. Called half an hour later to ask if we wanted to switch rooms...we were already "unpacked" so declined. Went to sit in office chair and found a toothpick sticking up from seat, couldn't hear on phone receiver, drawers didn't stay shut and when we went to wash our hands, there was an already opened hand soap bar laying under the sealed bar of soap. Didn't call front desk because we were on our way out. We were only staying 1 night so didn't use any of the amenities. Went down this morning for "breakfast" and had to pass. All in all, it was a bit of a let down. Next time we're in the area, we will explore other options.

This place was disgustingly, filthy and smelled of mildew. There was mold inside of the air-conditioning unit that was blowing directly onto us. Do not book as soon as we checked in we looked around, surveyed everything and decided to leave and book someplace else.

While the room was clean overall, the floor of the bathroom had quite a bit of hair on it that wasn't ours. Might have just missed this one when sweeping. We appreciated the extra space in our room. Even with it being a king sized bed, there was still lots of space.

Older hotel. Good proximity to Tampa General. Beds were comfy and the towels soft.

When we first got there, the staff had given us some keys to our room, but the room was not cleaned out so she had to switch to another room and when we got there, the TV didn’t work cause the battery were low so she switched the batteries out. The pool was dirty but the breakfast was good though.

The room was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly and even let us check in early. The breakfast had everything we could ask for.
