The bar and tv’s in lounge area was nice to watch NBA finals and FIFA.

Quiet location, convenient parking, walkable to the beach, clean rooms and hotel facilities! Rooftop pool was awesome!

Nothing The room was very dirty. We had to call the front desk twice to have the bed sheets changed because they were not clean. The bathroom door would not close properly and had a huge gap, which provided no privacy at all. The biggest issue was the kitchen. Before booking, we specifically asked multiple times whether the room had a fully functional kitchen because I needed to cook for my child. When we arrived, we found that there was no real kitchen—only a refrigerator and a dishwasher. After we complained, they brought us a small portable hot plate that barely worked. I couldn’t even boil water on it. The beach is located across a busy road from the hotel, and the beach itself was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the amount shown on our booking confirmation. We had to call and argue about the extra charges. Check your credit card statements carefully and keep all your receipts. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would never stay here again.

We always like to stay in the hotel. Al the staff members are pleasant, the pool is clean, the rooms are well-designed, and the kitchen is convenient. It is literally across the steet from the beach.

Very nice hotel and the front desk staff even allowed me to check in much earlier than my scheduled check in time since there was a room already available for me. That was extremely helpful for my family. Much appreciated and I will love to book with them again.

The staff was so helpful. I lost something and they helped me find it and returned it to my room. So grateful!

Everything is clean, the service is excellent, and everything—the beach, market, and restaurants—is very close by.

I will stay here again for sure! Just a suggestion would be to keep the breakfast longer! They close at 9 30 am and is early specially when people is on vacation! Aside from that I liked the hotel.

Location is close to the beach 1 - they provide chairs and umbrella but you have to carry it from the hotel to the beach 2- stuff at the reception doesn’t really speak English so what’s you ask it might be missed or added to your hotel charges 3 - there was a piece of glass on the floor when we arrived in our room 4 - I called and ask twice to make sure we have a crib in our room and it wasn’t there 5 - there is no reception in the room on the first floor

Good place to stay

During our stay, we had a sofa bed with a completely sunken mattress, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We had to place the couch cushions underneath just to get a decent night’s rest — an unacceptable situation for any hotel. On the first day, we requested the sofa bed to be set up, which was done, however staff left the room door wide open, exposing our belongings and leaving us vulnerable to other guests. When we raised this concern with the front desk, the receptionist failed to grasp the seriousness of the security breach, showing a complete lack of awareness regarding basic guest safety protocols. Additionally, the breakfast offering was extremely limited, falling far short of what is expected at a property of this category.

really nothing We booked this hotel with the expectation of a comfortable family-friendly stay. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the presentation in any meaningful way. First and foremost, the property is significantly misrepresented in its promotional materials. The kitchens, which appear functional in the photos, are in fact not equipped for cooking at all—there is no proper cooking space, only a microwave. This is highly misleading, especially for families planning longer stays. Even more concerning is the use of deceptive imagery. The photos showing water slides and children’s facilities do not belong to this hotel. There is not a single slide on-site, nor is there any meaningful infrastructure for children. For a property marketed toward families, this is a serious misrepresentation. The overall environment was also unpleasant. A strong smell of bleach permeates the entire hotel, to the point where it becomes nauseating after prolonged exposure. Breakfast offerings were another major disappointment. Practically nothing was suitable for children aside from waffles—and even those were unavailable on our last day due to spoilage. The lack of basic, child-friendly options reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. In summary, the images of slides and playground facilities appear to be taken from a different hotel entirely, which constitutes a clear case of false advertising. This experience was far below expectations and not suitable for families.

Some team were rude, we spent 380 for a 1 night stay Sunday & they seemed rude the lady who we talked to us at 6 am when we arrived after a 9 hour drive. She asked us if we wanted UPGRADE for $150 to check us in earlier! LOL What? Bad impression. Also parking for hotel guest increased Dramatically from 20-30 for over night guests to a solid $40. What? Crazy. & bad customer service. Sorry this is not 5 star hotel. I had great parking experiences at this hotel last summer so I wanted to stay with as a trial run before doing a longer stay. Unfortunately they did not live up to my positive memories. The late night early morning guy on shift was very nice, he was the only person trying to be nice. & he was the only positive of the stay.
