Courtyard by Marriott Akron Stow

The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a room to be cleaned. The room was okay except the toilet/shower area. It was dirty and had mold/mildew around the shower. Did not look to be well maintained. I would not stay here again because of that.

Our room was never cleaned as we were there for 3 nights. No whirl poor even though there was a sign in the lobby stating there is one. Food and drinks way too pricey. Bagel and cream cheese 8.50 however across the street only 2.50.

•Staff very friendly and easy going. •Easy and quick check in. •Bathroom was very clean and unclogged. •Very decent quality and amounts of shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap. •More than enough towels. •QUIET! •Clean sheets and smelled amazing. •Very comfortable and spacious bed.

Spent two nights for a show at Blossom. Chose the hotel for it being close to the venue and we are happy we did! Staff was kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure. Cute with a balcony that overlooked a wooded area with birds singing. Will definitely return on our next trip to Blossom!

But, coffee prices very high. Should be complimentary.

Booked a room sent my brother there to check in after working all day. The reservation got canceled, took the money out of my account and still haven't seen the refund

very poor maid service. one day they didn't even show up. the next day, i had to call the front desk for service.

FIRST OFF, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ROOM. WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT IT, I GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AND WHEN THEY ASKED IF I HAD A MARRIOTT ACCOUNT THAT THE COULD APPLY POINTS TO AN I SAID NO, I GOT AN EVEN BIGGER ATTITUDE. I AM VER Y UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS STAY. THE PLACE WAS VERY OUTDATED AND DIRTY. FOR $300 I EXPECTED BETTER.

Close to blossom music center. Beds were very comfy. Room was clean other than the curtains were ripped. Staff was very nice and attentive!
