Nice clean rooms and staff are very helpful. pool area. property offers easy and safe parking with ample spaces and convenient access to fast food locations. Security deposit required. Good selection of tv channels plus HBO and Wi-Fi speed decent. limited amenities. A/C works. shower is too tight (not enough room to bathe). Bed all right (woke up with no pain)

I was especially worried about the air conditioning because several reviews mentioned it didn't work well, but that wasn't our experience at all. The AC worked great in fact, the room got so cold that we didn't even need the fan we brought with us. The room was clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The location is also a huge plus. It's conveniently close to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland, and despite being near a busy area, we couldn't hear traffic from our room. The biggest downside was the beds. Unfortunately, they were some of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. They felt like little more than springs with almost no support, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If the beds were updated, this would easily be a much higher-rated stay. Overall, though, the clean room, great AC, excellent staff, and convenient location made for a positive visit.

I stay here throughout the month and the staff is always accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Also found myself running down to the office every day after returning to my room and finding out that the key didn’t work. Sometimes several times a day! Quite an inconvenience, only to be gaslit by the staff!! By the end of the week. I would just walk into the office, handing my keycard, and say the usual.
