Quality Inn & Suites at Tropicana Field

It served the purpose of a central and clean hotel for a value price.

Hotel needs work. Elevator was rickety and not well maintained. Bed had a steel boxed in frame around it? Bathroom was dated. Management appeared to try and cover up a lot with paint. Staff was friendly and polite though.

The check in was good.There were tiny red ants in the tub, and hair was in the tub and toilet. The ice machine was broken when we arrived but fixed later in the daySome kind of bug bite up my son multiple times on his body. The breakfast had waffles to make, small bagels, toast, yogurts, a couple choices of oatmeal and cereal. The tables were dirty but I cleaned it off. If you can, stay somewhere else or you may be awake all night freaked out from bugs and dirt.

Our room was listed as two queen beds and a couch bed. It was two doubles and a couch. Oh - and there was no air in the elevator. Other than that - it was fine.

The staff is amazing! They truly treat you as if they e known you forever. They go above and beyond to help in anyway needed. You would think that it was a family working together. I'm grateful to have had this experience. 🤗

Terrible! I promise you will regret staying here. The ONLY positive this property has is the very nice young lady at the front desk. Has NO water pressure to speak of. Could not brush my teeth at the sink. Woke up one morning and my bathroom floor was flooded. Entire place was really sketchy. Elevator felt and sounded like it was going to strand you. Dirty, nasty. Go ahead and stay there and see what you think.

The front-desk staff members were friendly and polite. Our beds were comfortable and clean. The property and rooms are very old. Breakfast was okay - not great and not terrible. Many working men stay here.

No staff used kiosk took 30 min to check in. Remote staff Internet kept crashing. Room is old and had old AC VERY HUMID😱.

This place needs a major clean. The pictures on expedia are wayyy cleaner than the actual property. Catfish place

I would like to begin with the staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in around 1 pm instead of 3 pm. First glance the room was spacious and mostly clean. No bad smells. After unpacking and settling in we only had 2 towels in the 2 bedroom suite that slept 6. Then the pull out didn't have a blanket or a pillow. The front desk employees were very nice and got us a blanket. The full kitchen only had 2 small plates and one plastic bowel. That was disappointing and the silverware was bent and or rusty. The pool area had no towels and was very dirty. People were rude and drinking and smoking in the pool. The smoking area was directly on the other side of a fence so all the cigarette and other smoke came directly to the shallow end of the pool. As we were headed to family reunion our door wouldn't lock they fixed it then it happened again Sunday morning. Lastly the the strip on the floor of the bathroom was not glued down and my fiance tripped landing on her knees. Again the employees were very nice for the most part but the rest of the stay was disappointment after disappointment.

The AC in room 117 is incredibly loud and on its last leg. Couldn’t sleep because it was so loud.

Good for the price. The room was decently clean, clean enough. The in-room coffee machine was missing apart so we couldn’t make coffee but they had coffee in the breakfast room so that’s not so bad. A light in the bathroom was flickering when we arrived but then went out. There was still a second light, so also not so terrible. We swam in the pool. Not too bad overall
