Stayed here twice now and very good experience. Will def be staying again.

MOLD ON CEILING, STTONG SMELL OF MILDEW AND MOLD THROUGHOIT ALL ROOMS AND HOTEL...ALL GURSTS COMPLAINING...WIFE AND I HAD ALLERGIC REACTION TO MOLD, TV HAD NO VOLUME, CARPETS DISGUSTING.... WAS TOLD MANAGER WOULD REACH OUT 3 TIMES AND MAINTENENCE WOULD COME FIX TV...NO KNOCK, NO CALLS..NOTHING...WANT A REFUND OR THEY WILL GET A MEDICAL BILL FOR MY WIFE AND I... THIS PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS OR DESCRIPTION.... ALSO, CHLORINE WAS WAY YO CONCENTRATED IN POOL...LIKEY 5 TIMES RECOMMENDED MAX JUST FROM SMELL AND BURN OF EYES.... ALSO HEAVY DRUG ACTIVITY IN PARKING LOT AND WITHIN HOTEL...ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A HOTEL...BREAKFAST BUFFET IS QUITE LIMITED AND VERY UN APPETIZING...BARELY BETTER THAN A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST... SAFETY LOCKS AND DOOR LATCH BROKEN IN OUR ROOM...NO BACK UP SAFETY MEASURES TO PROTECT MY FAMILY AND SECURE DOOR...SPOKE TO OTHER GUESTS WHO SAID THEIR ROOMS WERE AS BAD AND WORSE AND HAD NO OR BROKEN SAFTEY LATCHES ALSO FROM PREVIOUS FORCED ENTRIES...

was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was extremely run down and poorly maintained. The room looked outdated, the furniture was worn out, and cleanliness was a major concern. There were noticeable maintenance issues throughout the property, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The photos online did not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others

Very convenient place to stay, just outside the busy city centre, easy to get from airport also.

The first room I checked into had a horrendous smell so I requested another room. The second also had a bad smell of mildew but I stayed anyway.

The staff The fact I payed days prior then I get there an they don't tell me about a deposit of 250 they was taking off my card above the 200 I already paid when I say something they say it's just deposit it won't post in my account an here we are 24rs later an they still got my account locked up it's honestly false advertisement an flat out robbery cause was never informed of this deposit until I asked an now got my whole account screwed up.

There were other residences who stayed next door to me and they were constantly loud, they would slam the door, rude. I did notify the staff, but it continued
