Fairfield Inn Memphis Southaven by Marriott

Not worth the money. Pool was filled in so that amenity needs updated on the description. Property is run down and not the most appealing. Staff was super friendly.

Everything was GREAT.

Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Property list a pool but it has been filled in, was not happy about that.

They have some issues. It wasn’t anything they could control. Management was extremely helpful.

I need a refund . Shower door did not work . Television did not work . I had to change rooms . Please credit my stay . I called corporate to complain .

The hotel was outdated. They put me on first floor and said that they were full. However there was 10 cars total in the parking lot.

Need a better breakfast. Eggs watery sausage dry oatmeal wasn't good

Breakfast had a lot displayed well.so many items to add on food.But sausage was cold sitting in water and egg were cold also.coffee and oatmeal were good.Disappointed in breakfast!

Had to change rooms for a non-working TV. Thermostat hard to regulate. On the positive side, really good breakfast buffet!

I loved that the beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was clean and easy to use. I also loved that you could log into your own movie app accounts then clear your credentials. The breakfast varieties were also really nice touch and lastly, I appreciated that the check-in person called up to check and see if the room was ok for us. I didn't like that the showers didn't have a soap dish to hold your own personal soap. I also didn't like that the cleaning staff was loud as they moved through cleaning empty rooms. I don't think they considered people may still be sleep in their rooms.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, which I booked two days before I arrived. The clerk referred to me as boss. I didn't think that was very professional. When my reservation was found and made into our room, the door on the shower door would not stay closed.
