Hotel was nice except for the parking additional costs. They have tons of spaces to park so charging to park is just a money grab. Plus the vending machines were constantly sold out of water.

Diamond at 11:30 pm was great to me patient and got me checked in as a last minute guest. And the guest ahead of me was a bit of a handful, lots of questions, then Diamond took care of me.

Accessible to commute and airport, clean, quiet, good breakfast and good to have airport shuttle

Horrible staff. Rude. Passes comments on your back.

The soft was very amazing and family friendly. I would highly advise it to anybody traveling to San Francisco.

Next time I would stay at a hotel with a dedicated shuttle.

Super clean and in a good area

The hot breakfast was very nice it consisted of eggs some type of meat there were hash browns as well as cereal and waffle maker I will say that the front desk staff was more than helpful there is a lovely middle-aged Hispanic lady who works the front desk on the weekdays during the mornings she was absolutely fantastic I was trying to walk to a Catholic mass she gave me directions to the nearest church I was able to find it easily I also found out while I was there that my grandmother passed away the same lady went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay and she doesn't even know me the only thing I can say that was bad was the airport shuttle doesn't seem to actually run on a reliable schedule but other than that it was a great day I look forward to coming back to San Francisco again soon

We were in a separate building behind the main building. The check-in clerk was not very helpful and just pointed in the back and said, " You are in the other building." Didn't offer us a map until we asked.

Nice room size and bathroom Hard, flat pillows. Breakfast was busy. Parked next to security, they were always laying down on their phone, every time morning and evening.

Amazing staff and food

One of or is the most unrest full night I have spent anywhere!! A dog 2 rooms down barked all night long and they did nothing about it, tried getting in touch with the hotel manager, no response at all!!!

I thought parking was free but it was not. Had an early flight so did not get to have breakfast and there was no coffee. Due to early flight we did not get to use hotel shuttle so we had to order an Uber. Also, we took hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel and waited for over an hour for it to pick us up. Other hotel shuttles went by twice while we waited. :( People were coming and going all hours of the night making it loud for sleeping. Pros: Hotel room was HUGE. There was an entire dressing, sleeping and office area. Property was new, clean and well maintained.
