Hotel Nova SFO

Estuvimos hospedados solo una noche pero el hotel estuvo muy bien. El personal muy am able, la habitacion muy limpia, el desayuno todo fresco del día y bueno. En general le doy 5 estrellas. Si regresaría de Nuevo a hospedarme.

Good hotel

Hotel is great with beautiful rooms and cleanness was awesome.. Location was everything was great except breakfast.. Wish they had some extra care on breakfast.

The staff were amazing. Very warm and welcoming. I feel like they went above and beyond. The hotel itself was nice. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The only negative I have is the surrounding area was undesirable. It’s somewhere you would not want to go out at night by yourself. This issue has nothing to do with the hotel as this is not something they can control. It’s just something to be aware of. Because of that reason, I don’t think I would stay there again. I am a retired Correctional employee, and I was definitely looking over my shoulder the few times my daughter and I left the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. It was honestly one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in quite a while. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Clean but kinda old. Breakfasts not very good. 1st day made 2 waffles and couldn’t eat either one. A little noisy from airplanes.

Staff was extremely nice, clean room and quiet location. Stayed here 3 nights and would highly recommend it.

Staff fronk desk was extra helpful even at 2am.shuttle timely.

the coffee was in tiny cups and not up to other hotels.
