The boys enjoyed the smores’ treat. Bummed the hot tub was not working but still had to pay the “resort fee”. Good location, 10 min walk to Target, Starbucks and plenty of restaurants.

Safety was compromised because door was unlocked and open when I arrived at my room. Cleanliness was questionable.. the bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain had a musty smell. The only good thing was the free smores at night for the family and walkable lake access. I wouldn’t stay again.

The place is for skiers more than anything else. Very spartan rooms, but if you’re going for the skiing, then it should tick all your boxes.

The staff was wonderful. The amenities were very good but maybe just the room we got was not the best location in the property. The room was on the ground floor with some noise coming from property maintenance early in the morning.

We appreciated the daily cleaning service. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The amenities were perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coachman with our two daughters. The staff were all super friendly. The food, coffee and drink options in the lobby were really convenient! So was the kitchen area where you can refill water and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. The hotel is within walking distance to the casinos and the lake. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Location, atmosphere and style. The room should be vacuumed. Unfortunately, the room was not clean as should be. Hairs and dust were everywhere on the floor.
