The place was well kept up. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful convenient to nice restaurants. Woman at desk told us which was her favorite. We went there and it was absolutely great

Let’s just get to it …rooms were great, staff was great, location in downtown south bend was very central. Salleigh at guest check-in went above and beyond for us (on more than one occasion!) I’ll be back and this place is good for business travel or families. Thanks!

Lobby was a great spot to hang out with family. Loved the hot water and hot coffee available 24/7 also.

Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the past decade, possibly 2 decades. I will never stay again, voluntarily at another Aloft ever again. I will also never stay at that facility again.

The room wasn't the cleanest, I was bitten by a ants or a spider housekeeping was slow, the bar was close at 11pm on a SAT. I didn't enjoy my stay!
