Right off expressway restaurants nearby staff were very friendly we always tend to stay at holiday inns

The staff was very friendly and helpful; however, the room wasn’t too clean. There were hairs everywhere in the shower and on the bedsheets. The doors didn’t always close all the way. The pool area was also not very clean; there was debris and hairs everywhere.

We had to change rooms after settling in becuase of a rancid smell in the mini refrigerator, which was accomodated, but inconvenient. Then after falling asleep we were awaken by the front desk in the middle of the night by a pizza order that was not outs. Fine a mistake so we went back to bed. Then a little while later someone was knocking at our door after we tried to fall asleep again. This was frightening to us because we didn’t know who was knocking amd we almost called the poloce.

Breakfast was fine, lots of choices. Pillows caused neck pain. They were way to fluffy with not enough support.

It was convenient to where we were needing to commute to with lots of wonderful eating options around. The breakfast was also wonderful and delicious. The lady doing the breakfast was exceptional and so very kind and sweet. Can’t say enough good about her. The pool wasn’t the cleanest. It was very cloudy and dirty looking. We made the best of it because it was extremely hot outside and it was nice to just cool off. However, it was very dirty looking. Also, our shower was backed up and took forever to drain.

Close to restaurants and highway. Will definitely put this on my midway stop from WI to FL next trip!

Superb

It was ok. Black mold in tub, 2 Kleenex only no extra boxes. Refrigerator was tippy.

In a good locations, staff was freindly and helpful. The facility, and room were clean. Will stay again.

The front desk girl perhaps was a miss communication between us. Remember the first impression is a very important since this attracted guests to keep comeback to the hotel. The ice cold pool water & any bacon in the breakfast However, we will comeback.

I will stay again. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The location was perfect for a next day trip to Nashville on our roadtrip. Located by tons of food and shopping options The room was slightly dated and it was musky in there

The breakfast was good. The hotel was near my family that live 3 minutes away from the hotel. My girlfriend would like more fruit options for breakfast. Maybe an apple or some grapes. Not asking for much since we were only there for a few days, but if this goes across all Holiday Inns and we need to stay at one again, I'm sure guests would appreciate more options.

Very clean

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I had a problem with getting WiFi on my laptop. I was also looking for a Christian channel in my room and they didn't offer one.
