Just finished writing a review on a recent stay and noticed I had an option to review for a previous stay (this one). All was great. Got the room I request and paid for, which was a room on a high floor. Staff pleasant, room was clean. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was pleasant.

The room itself and amenities were great. Front desk was pleasant, but not helpful. Thus, paying for a room and not getting exactly what I paid for is what's going to drag the overall review down.
