Hotel staff were very friendly! No elevator but staff offered to help carry luggage upstairs. Room very clean. We had jacuzzi room and it was very clean. Bed was comfy and room spacious. Will stay there again! Close to restaurants and shopping.

The man at the front desk when we checked in (after 9 hours of driving) was so kind! He was incredibly helpful, and very efficient. The room was large, very clean, and had plenty of outlets near the bed! The mattress was a little firm.

I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!

Fan in the bathroom didn’t work, toilet was not clean, lots of calcium and rust in it, shower fixtures were not clean, bed was clean but kind of firm for our liking, the staff was nice, the area is great, the price was great, I would stay here again if I needed a cheap place. Toilets should be better maintained, fans should be checked and fixed.
