Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Shepherdsville

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. One of the tiles was very loose and the shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water inside the shower. Room itself was nice and very spacious

The hotel itself was ok. Unfortunately the needs were not comfortable. It was made worse by the terrible pillows. They were super flat. We rarely v complain about comfort but all 3 of us thought it was terrible

Will never stay here again. Booked the room 9 months prior to stay for a regular two queen room. Could not check in via the app, kept getting error messages. So we checked in at night after a long day on the road. Was given a handicap room which wasn't a big deal at first until I took a shower and the entire bathroom flooded. Drains were not working, floor tiles were popping up along with the grout. Complained to the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do other than clean up the water. We have two children that needed to take showers too and couldn't because the bathroom would flood. We ended up not staying the night since we couldn't use the bathroom and they couldn't give us a new room. Worst hotel stay ever!

This was a nice, quiet and clean hotel right off the highway. We had a very spacious room that was perfect for what we needed. Price was decent too.
