older hotel, slightly unkept, Breakfast was minimal but the staff was amazing hosting our softball team. Although some rooms didn’t have working AC units or missing microwave or refrigerators

However, we had two rooms because we were in town for a softball tournament. In one room the ac went out and it was horribly hot. In the other you couldn't shower because the water was brown. These issues were reported to the desk 3 times and no one ever came to either room. Expedia would not refund our money because they could never speak to the manager, he refused to take their calls.

Check in took a little bit of time, but that was not the staffs fault. It was the other guest making a scene. The room was clean and tidy, the carpets on the outside in the hallway could use a good replacing but other than that, everything was great. Did not get to eat breakfast, but it did smell AMAZING.

Staff was rude, building was in poor condition. 1st floor was ok but others were very poorly maintained. Doors with broken locks. The list goes on...

It was cleaner than the last and the front desk guy was really nice The air-conditioning barely worked there was no mini fridge the toilets wouldn't flush on any floor the pool was nasty the sliding door was broken there's seriously a list a mile long

Absolutely nothing. The front lobby was nice and clean, very spacious. That’s about all the good I can say. When I arrived at 3:10 for my 3pm check-in time, my room was not ready so they accommodated me and put me in a different room. Upon entering the room it looked like a basic hotel, but you could tell it was just made up and not actually clean. This made me feel the need to fully check the room out before accepting the hotel, the mattresses in the double queen room 149 were INFESTED with bed bugs. Carpets were dirty, etc. I immediately went to the front desk and requested to cancel my reservation with a full refund, that I’m still waiting on. I took video/picture proof and showed the front desk upon departure. Had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes after driving hours to arrive to find another hotel for the night.

I had no negative experiences about the hotel it exceeded my expectations

Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean. Maintenance was lacking.

Look- let me preface this with we are not the kind of people that need super fancy hotels, but this was rough. You could tell they do NOT clean anything. The AC in the hallways clearly did not work. I broke a sweat just walking down the hall. Wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places in the halls. Just felt grimy everywhere. The food looked so rough that neither of us attempted to eat. One elevator didn’t work. They left the doors open from the outside so who knows who could come in. The stairways smelled like pee. Kids were in the pool screaming until 11 am when the pool supposedly closes at 10.

Upon arrival and checking in at the front desk a mouse ran around the lobby my husband and front desk attendant had to chase the mouse around

The hotels is a step away from closing. It smells so bad in the hallways, but the room is decent. There are flys and all kind of bugs around the doors and the back door doesn’t lock so anyone can come in. Def wouldn’t recommend!!!

Was not the room I booked

It was 5-10 minutes away from where we needed to be on Saturday. It was dirty. The curtains had black stains on them. The refrigerator made a knocking noise all night. The room just smelled of filth. The restaurant was shut down.

Musty smell. Old mattress. Old carpet.

Breakfast was better than most places. I would stay here again. You definitely get what you pay for here.

The hotel had roaches and I have requested a refund. I did not stay at the property, and turned the room keys in immediately after finding bugs in the room.

6-7 grocery bags full of trash sat at the end of my hallway in the floor up against the wall for my entire 3 day stay. It was still there when I left this morning. Room was clean Shower was great. 90 degrees in the hallways of the hotel hallways.

Be aware of the rooms! Our room was nasty! They had not vacuumed and then offered us another room and it was nastier! The person working the front desk did realize how gross it was and was aware his staff were not cleaning the property like they should.

They had a new cook so the breakfast wasn’t that great. They have a restaurant in the building but it’s not open. The staff was great though.
