The room was not cleaned very good. no coffee pot in the room. The follow guest that stayed next door were very loud until 4am.

We've stayed here about 3 times and each experience has been pleasant. We did have to move rooms due to the pullout bed however, the staff was super helpful and relocated us to a bigger room and it was nice 🙂 definitely comfortable, when traveling as a family of four 💛

Everything was great. We will visit this location again.

The outside is in better shape than inside. Kitchen floor was not played properly so it sounded like it cracked when walked on. Room smelled of smoking and pets. Affected my asthma during the night. It was near the end of our trip so I picked it for the hot tub..nope, it was covered. It was just ok for the 1 night stay. Definitely not worth the money.

Very nice living quarters. My only suggestion (not complaint) is for a better breakfast.
-
The property could definitely use some upgrades. Visual signs of water damage and poor repairs. It gave low budget extended stay unfortunately. First and last stay at Sonesta.

Not much
-
The rooms were extremely dirty, and I found ants in mine. I tried to attach a picture, but it seems to have failed. The noisy neighbor room remained unchanged despite my complaint. The breakfast was very casual. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially for the price they charge.

Good

Basketball hoop, pool was nice, staff was very nice, mostly clean but it could use a little more freshening up. Breakfast was gone when we got to the breakfast room. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly. The smell of the hotel hallways and our room was not pleasant. It’s stuck on our clothes when we would leave. Not much parking. Our sink was clogged with hair. Light lbs were automatic in the living room and when you moved it would turn on.

It really was a smelliest place I’ve ever stayed We had to plug our noses until we got to our room.
-
It was spacious and near everything. From grocery stores to shopping stores. The 1st floor had a bit of an odor
-
The coffee was fine. The breakfast otherwise wasn’t good. Food was wrapped in plastic. There was no effort made for recycling. The orange juice was good. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven in places. It looked like evidence of a previous flooding in the bathroom. Room 307.

Here are a few things before booking. There is a 100 deposit placed on your credit card upon checking in, Staff was nice. Property is pretty run down, hallways were dirty and dark. There are no extra pillows. Checked in around 6:00 asked for extra pillows and were told that when housekeeping is done for the day, they lock up and employees don't have access to housekeepers room. Sham/Cond dispensers were empty in Shower. Toilet paper dispenser broken. There is no maid service for multiple day stays, You put dirty towels on the floor in front of your room and they will leave new ones for you - they did, WiFi in rooms was terrible. Breakfast is adequate,,, frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that you heat up in the microwave. Yogurt, toast, bagels, cereals. pancakes - but there was no batter in the machine. Coffee ran out both mornings before we could get any. It appears that this place may be a long-term housing hotel for people. They are up and at the breakfast before guests can get there. They also pretty much take the outdoor spaces to cook their dinner on the grill provided. It could be a really nice place if it was cleaned up and used as a "Hotel" and not a housing facility. I would say if you like a "Hotel" experience pass on this one.

Great pool & recreational courtyard. Pet friendly too.

Exceptional

rooms and hallways smelled. They didn't come once to clean
-
It was just OK. The breakfast was trash , not worth even saying they offer it. The fruit the had out was on its last leg and there were really limited options. They had a bee infestation so sitting by the pool wasn’t a very pleasant experience. The room was clean but it seemed like an extended stay for long term residence. Staff was friendly and gave us the “hack” to obtain hot water. You have to run all faucets for 5 minutes in order to take a hot shower. We most likely won’t book here again. Unless we are desperate.

Roomy, clean, bedbug-proofed,

Clean and simplistic Smell in the shared hallway
