The property was beautiful, and well kept. If you are doing a relaxing stay this is the place. You can enjoy the pool and the bar. The staff was nice. But the manager was the boom she came out and conversated with my husband and I. She gave us water cause it was hot as you know the rest. She was a great people person. She really represented her position very well and we think she was a great face to respresent the company.. Thanks for your hospitality!! We will definitely stay at this location again. FYI if you see drink ticket when you are booking it's only beer wine soda and water.

Great pool area and room was nice. The hallways appear a bit dated. It’s a long walk from the back of the hotel to the front but the happy hour and breakfast are worth it! Would recommend!

The low rating was mainly due to the constant need to contact staff to get them to due the most basic stuff regarding the room like take the trash (there 3 nights), provide clean towels, toilet paper, and provide the initial bed coverings for the fold out bed (have 4 small young children). All these things took multiple attempts, it became really annoying, it got to the point that I just put the trash out into the hallway and told them it was out there. There just isn't enough space in the room for them not to do a basic cleaning each day (take trash, provide toilet paper if needed, replace towels if needed). Each time I had to repeatedly tell the staff. I also think part of the non-response was my room was on the opposite side of the hotel. The pool was Ok, but not really made for young children, its styled nicely but the uneven pillar rocks lining the pool weren't so ideal.

Having a nice hotel with a bar and food is a huge plus. Great relaxing place to stay.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the amenities such as free breakfast and happy hour. Staff was constantly picking up trash, and tidying up while we’re were there. It’s great for families and couples alike.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always available to help. The amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Property needs some updating in room and having access with I elevator wasn’t great for people with bad backs

Not very family friendly. There were rude adults partying at the pool and we had to leave. Very unfortunate for our kiddos who were so excited to swim.

We particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour. We had stayed at the hotel about three years ago, and at that time the complimentary breakfast was quite basic, while a more extensive breakfast was available for an additional $6 per person. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the complimentary breakfast has since been significantly improved and now includes a much broader variety of options. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a supermarket, shops, and plenty of dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool. However, we felt that the pool area would be even more relaxing without music playing in the background, allowing guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. We stayed on one of the upper floors. Since the windows could not be opened, there was no natural ventilation in the room. We had to rely on the air conditioning, but that created a rather artificial and cold atmosphere. It would be much better if the windows could be opened, even partially, to allow some fresh air into the room. Although our room was located close to the elevators, the elevators were under maintenance during our stay, which made access less convenient.

The wife and I love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed there and couldn't be more happy with the place. Parking, breakfast ease of check in, the cleanliness of room and hotel, the swimming pool and all the resturants in the area. The happy hour is also something we enjoyed. We will stay here every time we go to Scottsdale.

We had an amazing day again. We love it. We plan to be senesta, family members traveling and using your facilities wherever we go. We're extremely happy with everything that you guys did for us, from the staff to check-in, to check out to snacks to breakfast to bartenders, all of the more fantastic everybody, the the house cleaners were amazing. I just can't get Uber. How kind and sweet and how giving? And the best of what you got. Thank you so much.We'll be back

Rooms are decently equipped and good size, breakfast is good, location is very good. Elevator not working. Rooms need better maintenance. Scheduled room cleaning was skipped one day and noticed it late, when the cleaning staff was gone.

Its been amazing since we walked in the doors as guest. From the front desk to bartender and staff just awesome. We will not book anywhere else now we love it. We even purchased another night. Thanks again!
