Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town

When the room was cleaned, trash was not removed on 1 of the days. The room didn’t have a basic kettle. And room service wasn’t great. Had to go down and get plates and cutlery on my own even though we called and waited for 20+ minutes.

Clean space! Enjoyed our stay.

Rooms clean, great staff, pool was great, bar areas too. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our time in the Canopy. Nice friendly hotel with excellent service. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Scottsdale.

The location was great and the pool was nice. I wish there were breakfast options at the hotel. Also, the AC was out in the gym which was not good because the temperature was over 104 which made the gym unbearable

Pool and bar were great. Room sizes were awesome. The property was clean, quiet and modern. We chose this so we weren’t right in the thick of all the bachelorette and bachelor party scene, so you will need to take Ubers to lost restaurants and bars unless you’re comfortable walking 20 mins in 40 degree Celsius (110 Fahrenheit). So depending what you’re after the location may not be central enough. It was great for us.

Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there.

Fantastic hotel for our girls getaway! Location was wonderful for walking to Old Scottsdale, restaurants, and other shopping areas.

this is a super nice, modern, essentially-new hotel with very helpful staff and a great restaurant in the lobby. will definitely stay again if we pass through scottsdale

Pool was meh. HVAC was being worked on in the lobby so a bit hot. We had a conference in Sedona and stayed in Scottsdale for the last few day in June. It’s a nice place, we just don’t like the high temperatures there. Not really the hotels fault.

Everything about this property was amazing.

My major complaint was that our room was right in front of the ice machine. People were using it all night and early in the morning and it’s very noisy. Hard to sleep.

Loved having a leisure day at the roof top pool with drinks and snacks readily available.

Everything was just perfect! Highly recommend this hotel! Good location and friendly staff!

One of our favorite things about this hotel was the location—everything was incredibly walkable and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which had a great atmosphere, and the pool was the perfect place to relax. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
