Person at front desk rude.

The lobby was nice and clean, the rooms are old with paint chipping off the bathroom walls due to no air ventilation and the furniture ie. The bathroom vanity, bed side tables were old and chipped but the worse part of our stay is that we attended a wedding from out of town and needed some rest before our trip back and there must’ve been an event with loud obnoxious people talking super loud in the hallway outside our room and kids running and yelling until after 11pm. We called the front desk but nothing changed. No one asked about our stay when we checked out just our email to get this review. We booked two rooms btw and never again will we stay at that Hyatt

Good place to stay, clean, good staff. However, when booking through Orbitz(Expedia) breakfast is not included. Not to worry there are fantastic places to eat nearby, cheaper than buying the breakfast at the hotel.

free parking clean room nice location near everything would definitely stay again when in the area

Beautiful hotel, well maintained

Great overall experience.

Wasn’t too bad. You get what you pay for. Staff is great but the hotel building itself isn’t my favorite. But if you need something nice with proximity to the airport and parking I’d recommend

Very nice room and hotel.

Hotel staff & room were fine. Shower only had partial glass door so water was going to escape. Starbucks in lobby but was unattended when we wanted to order food & drinks.

Breakfast service was incredible. The water pipe bursting
-
- Cam/ Kam the receptionist was excellent - Complimentary water at the front desk - Spacious rooms - Hallway microwave for after hours use - Pool & fitness rooms were cool - Water pipe on the 5th floor burst during our stay, causing flooding from the 5th floor down. We do not blame the hotel for this, however the execution of passing information to the patrons during this time of emergency was not efficient; half of us were outside the back of the hotel, not sure what was happening - whether it was a bomb threat, gas leak, active shooter etc. - Breakfast not complimentary and was pretty expensive. In my opinion, there should be a sign right outside the breakfast bar detailing the price - I didn’t realize how much it was until I had already sat down and started getting food. The breakfast isn’t worth $25 since the quality is the same at the Hyatt Place’s free breakfast.

When we arrived, we were told that our room had been downgraded from a King bed to a Full… with no refund or apology for the difference in price. Furthermore, we had been previously informed that breakfast was complementary, this is not true. It was $25 dollars per person, which is fine but I wish I was previously informed. I chose this hotel for a comfortable night for my partner and I but instead we were continuously disappointed. I wish hotel staff could have been more understanding of the fact that I had picked my room for a reason. I am completely understanding of the fact that the hotel was fully booked, however in that case it should not have even been an option to pick a King sized room because we would have just stayed somewhere else.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The rooms are poor quality, and the food offerings are atrocious. This is my third visit, and I don't care to ever come back until changes are made. Another thing; the classification of what is a standard room vs a junior suit needs addressing. I paid for a junior suit but got a standard room. Someone needs to address this. Charging more for a room without and adequate increase in space and amenities needs to be fixed.

When booking the room it was not disclosed that the floor I was staying on was under repair and had a loud fan in the hallway to dry things out. Unfortunately the room was not very clean.
