Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Airport, GA

I made a last minute reservation due to a flight cancellation. When I called for the free shuttle service to the hotel, the front desk guy said he’d pick us up himself. I didn’t get his name but he was super nice and trying to manage guests coming and going. The elevator was not in service, no shuttle for early morning flights. Pool was being worked on, so that was out of service as well. Shuttle could use some detailing cleaning. Despite all the little hiccups, the room was very reasonably priced, spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and big shoutout to the two staff members we encountered.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable , however I found hair in the bathroom shower…. Cleanliness is a must. Kindly check room completely . Cool AC, nice lighting, Staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. Other than that. Recommended. Close to airport and very lovely stay.

All good, but the elevator was not working.

The room was clean and breakfast was just bland.

Airport shuttle wasn’t running after I was told it would be. Elevator has been broken for a month. Security lock in room was broken. There was a piece of metal sticking out of the outlet in the room.

Clean rooms, staff were wonderful and very helpful. Airport shuttle service was fantastic. Very friendly and close to shopping. Would recommend.

The elevator was not operational - the pool was closed - one party in our group had to change rooms twice due to black stuff on the ceiling and walls and unidentified stuff growing on the ac unit. In another room the AC sounded like a jet airplane every time it turned on. The stairway exit bar was broken/removed. The only salvation for this hotel was the breakfast!!

They stay was great. The elevator was down and I had to stay on the first floor. A bit noisy but other than that it was beautiful!

Room was clean and convenient to the airport

The breakfast was good. The elevator is broken and has been for about 5 weeks from what I've heard. Hot water for the shower was not that hot- and the water pressure was not very good. If you ask for towels- they hand you 2 towels. For a family of 4 it is not enough. This hotel used to have a pool I stayed here previously so I remember. They covered the pool door with black plastic. The staff were great. The experience here was disappointing.

Elevator was broken

Very nice room

1. No overnight parking if flying. 2. No elevators working 3. No office to use. 4. Scrambled eggs obvioiusly powder;weird texture. Sausage gravy was weird. No option for protein just Pork sausage. No turkey. 5. The coffee was good 6. There were good quality towels and a decent quantity of them 7. The bed / bedding was really nice. 8. The floor and the armchair had food crumbs on it and around it. 9. No option to stream on the TV

No elevator or wifi had to use my own Hotspot to watch TV in the room

Hallway and stairs were very dirty and smelled horrible. And the week I stayed there in the hallways or stairwells never got vacuumed at all. Stairway doors were in need of repair as well.

The pool was closed; it’s summer time. The elevator was out of service due to a partial power outage. They tried to charge my card an additional charge without telling me.
