Beautiful clean rooms, pool area is exceptional and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. 10/10- would stay again!

The EDEN is a gem. If you are in between on places to book for your stay in Santa Monica area - look no further. Starting off with how friendly and accommodating the staff is, to the beautifully landscaped pool deck and huge spa followed by the coffee bar in the lobby and the art deco decor/details throught the property. We felt that everything about The EDEN perfectly jived with our needs. Cant wait to come back!

Beautiful property with ocean view. Cool rooftop bar and excellent pool area with hot tub, bar and outdoor wood fired pizza oven. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and in constant contact to make sure my every need was met.

Overall was a good experience, staff was friendly and respectful. Property was pretty clean and well maintained. Room wide was good, only thing, the bathtub could improve as far as the top shower head either wasn’t strong enough pressure or angle of it not good, it would splash all the water on the slab and drip down on floor if not paying attention

First we want to acknowledge Burke, Julian, and Louieta they were all excellent. These 3 made us feel like we were VIP. Burke and Julian went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable and welcoming. Because of them, this will be our go to place in Santa Monica(at least while they are there) but because of them I gave them 5stars and I won’t say anything about the negative things I felt wrong with the place at least until next visit if there are anything worth reporting. They are across the street from the beach, not all rooms have ocean view but majority have partial views. They are very dog friendly, they have a coffee shop and outside bar area with a pizza stone outside next to the pool area. They do need to add a little more toppings to the menu. It’s a 5 minute walk to the pier and plenty of things to do.

The only (minor) issue we had was with noise from the roof-top bar, which was directly up a stairway from our door. It was a Saturday night, so maybe to be expected. We'd absolutely stay at the Eden again!

The Eden is a historic hotel in Santa Monica and there have been updates but some aspect/character has been maintained. The rooms were clean and did not hear much of the street noise on Ocean drive. The pool/hot tub was small but welcoming after spending time of the beach which is just across the street from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 1st floor coffee shop and poolside wood grill pizza were excellent for snack and drinks. Would definitely recommend

Great location, staff was beyond welcoming/friendly as well as helpful. Stayed with 4 kids and they loved it! The corner suite has amazing views!
