Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites

Expensive hotel. Parking was $69/night, which is insane, but at least there was an option across the street in a public garage that was much cheaper. Gym was average, only had one bench, so if anyone else in the gym, it was impossible to work out. Staff was friendly. Requests for room (e.g. extra towels) was slow and took several requests. Walkable to Santa monica pier. venice beach is a little too far to walk. lots of food options nearby. All in all, a good hotel, just pricey to stay at and way too pricey for parking.

Amazing stay as always

Rooms and every corner of this hotel property is clean and smell so fresh. Staffs are very cautious and always helpful. For me the sitting area by the bar and restaurant is the best 👌 Distance to the beach is also a huge plus. I will definitely go back anytime l am in the area.

The room did not have a window to the outside, it was looking into the restaurant and could not be opened. There were no fans in the room or bathroom therefore even the shortest shower completely steamed up the entire room! The gym was on the floor above the room so we heard weights dropping fairly late and very early. Probably the worst stay I have ever had.

A great and comfortable place. There wast not a hot tub and the pool area was ok.

The location was very nice and the beach was within walking distance as was all the Santa Monica options as well.

Breakfast is very basic TBH for a Hilton. Management of the breakfast room can be chaotic at times. Bar area for night drinks is practically desert and with no TV screens. But the location is good, not fat from the main pier, and pool areas is nice.

Overall, we really liked the hotel; everything was great. The only issue happened with the car rental. At first, the reception asked me to pay for parking, even though I had arranged to return the car in the evening without any extra charge. However, the parking attendant called the manager, and he resolved the issue. Still, it’s best to confirm these things in advance with the reception to avoid any misunderstandings.

I specifically booked this hotel through Booking.com because breakfast was included in the reservation. However, the hotel refused to honor this and did not provide breakfast. The staff showed little interest in helping or finding a solution, leaving me to deal with the problem myself. This level of customer service is unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not stay here again.

Great family room to sleep 5. Lovely having breakfast included. Fantastic pool area and location was 5 mins walk to Santa Monica pier with train and bus minutes away. Nothing!
