We loved our 3 night stay. We had spa appointments which were great. We loved the ease of walking to downtown. The grounds were so relaxing, the outdoor restaurant had delicious food in a tranquil setting and the wine tasting at the bar was an added bonus. Well done!

Stayed in the main building. Noise from the downstairs bar was TERRIBLE. Lasted until after midnight!!! Called front desk THREE times and no one answered. Spoke to manager next day and he was impatient and offered to have me move rooms. Why put someone in that room to begin with! Warn ahead of time that sleep will be hard to get since people party and drink until after midnight. Same manager said that the bar is one of the most popular in the city. So the money they make from the bar is more important than the guests who pay a lot of money to stay. Both male bartenders were VERY unfriendly. NO counter space in the bathroom. Female person at front desk was dismissive about this and said that next time to reserve a room that is not in the main building. Warn people ahead of time!! Waiters in the restaurant are SLOW and were socializing instead of paying attention. Had to wait for refill of water for a very long time.

Nothing to criticize. All went well. In-house breakfast was as good as could be. Shuttle to near-by attractions was a plus. And the look of the place was in keeping with the architecture of the whole town. A lovely place, overall.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful Casita room with courtyard was clean and comfortable. Courtyard table and chairs needed to be cleaned.

Upon check in the front desk said because I was a Marriott member they would upgrade our room. Room was not great, husband got a few spider bites, there was a trip hazard in the room that they addressed, missing light outside our room so hard to navigate getting back into room and blinds not working. Room 167 was also lower level so people are n the room above you could hear. Overall room size was large but needed a refresher for sure for a 4 star hotel. Manager did take off resort fee once we notified them. The he bar/lounge area was cool and the grounds.

We loved this property. It was great for traveling with dogs. The only criticism I would have is that the room was very dark. Otherwise, the grounds were lovely. Hats off to the bartender who was so knowledgeable about Tequilas!

This hotel, despite the friendly staff, is what I would call ramshackle and horribly disorganized. I can’t begin to explain the litany of issues the least of which are rooms that smell like a forest fire occurred inside of them to a leaky roof to a loud pump noise which went off every fifteen minutes ALL NIGHT, to a toilet that ran endlessly, to lack of maid service unless you request. I could go on and on. All for about $500 a night. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I love Sante Fe and am willing to put up with some quirks but this was ridiculous.

A beautiful place to stay. Nice location close to the Santa Fe Plaza, walking distance. Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and would recommend.

The most rude staff!

What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The only area for improvement would be the check-in experience. After arrival, it would have been helpful to be personally shown to our room and offered assistance with our bags. That small level of service would elevate the experience and better match the quality of the property and staff. Overall, a great stay with just a minor opportunity to enhance the guest arrival experience.

Awesome stay!!

I liked the warmth and seclusion it gave has a hotel. Wish they had more electrical outlets in every room. Especially where multiple guests are in a room..
