Had some food to bring home and the cleaning staff threw out the food while checkout was at 11. We were still there at 10 went to the room and no food I paid about 44 dollars down the drain I asked the cleaning lady she said they threw it I said but its not checkout time yet. I was pissed

As we drove up, there was no vehicles in line, and the BELL HOP was standing at the Ready. Upon checkin the initial greeting from the receptionist at the Front desk was warm and inviting. We were accommodated with the exact type of room we needed. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable and the pillows were the best that we have ever used in a hotel. House keeping is so attentive. EVERYTHING WAS JUST PLEASANT SAFE AND COMFORTING. Many thanks

Very nice property, great food options, plenty of entertainment options, nice pool and the staff was top notch.

One area of improvement is more pool umbrellas as they are only a small handful.

The property is beautiful. Clean. Expensive for what you get, but we were willing to pay the price, so no need to complain. The only issue we had, the pool is freezing cold. The website says heated pool, that is not true or at least not on our trip.

The stay will have been a 5 star if the Hot tub wasn’t full of babies and super young kids . It was not relaxing at all . I lasted less than 10 min in the hot tub .

Beautiful place, no extras in room for the price you pay. Outdoor hot tub broke, indoor one way too hot inside and everyone’s kids were using. Not fun when booked for an adult get away.

Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door.
